Terrible. The waitress gave us menus and after she took our order, we didn't see her again until we asked another waiter for the check. I ordered a grilled cheese, which wasn't grilled because I could individually pull apart the slices. I ordered a $3.25 hot chocolate with whipped cream, I got literally a cup, of what was obviously a hot chocolate pack mixed with water, topped with melted canned whipped cream that had dripped down the cup on several sides and pooled on the table. Where was our waitress? Sitting in the booth in front of us talking to some friends for about 30 minutes, another waitress even gave her a dirty look, which seemed to have made her want to get up and work. The food, the staff just terrible. Never again save your money!!!

The food was good besides I had hair in my food and in my water glass. I expected to pay nothing for my meal because that was absolutely their fault. They did make me pay and gave me a 10% discount so I will never go back. I should have just walked out.

Very cool Diner not far away from Penn Station and Times Square. Great place to get the Diner experience in the middle of everything. I had Eggs Benedict for breakfast and it was so good! Service was very friendly and came with ice cold water several times.

Typical diner food but I enjoyed it a lot. My 50% beef 50% bacon burger went down a treat really. It was quite busy but then you expect that near Madison Square Gardens and it didn't affect the service.

I like this place because of the food. Best onion rings and milk shakes. I had the steakhouse burger which was really good. However in such a busy location you could walk in and have no idea if you should sit yourself or wait for someone to seat you. Bathrooms are almost impossible to find. FYI head to the basement.

This was a great place to stop at 9 p.m. when you're hungry from walking around. While the service was a bit aloof at times, the food more than made up for it. Liked the vibe of the place, though that's not entirely why I select a place to eat.

First thing, They were such in a hurry. My server literally rushed me while I was ordering and grabbed the menu back before I even finished my order. It took 30 minutes just for a simple small glass of water. The guy who gave me my water just slammed it on the table. Literally took 40 minutes for my food to come out. I spent about an hour and a half just waiting for food and waiting for another glass of water. The lady rarely went to my table to check how I was doing. She even gave me my food and didnt even notice my empty glass of water. The food looked nothing like the pictures and the meat was dry and unseasoned. Total was $27 and I never had such a horrible service before. Super disappointed. Being a blogger I like to share the places I recommend. This is one place I would say DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY.

It was amazing! Best breakfast I've had in a while, the service was fast and they were fairly busy. My mom and I split the eggs Benedict and blueberry pancakes. Both were delicious! Definitely recommend.

I love this place! Whenever we're in the city we make it our business to stop here. The staff is great and the food is amazing! The service is super fast! Their prices are good and the portions are huge.

We've eaten at the Tick Tock Diner every time we've visited NYC. Food is always great and the service is quick and friendly. Great renovation since our last visit which has maintained the ambience we have previously enjoyed.

An Ok diner. The best part is that it is always open. I had some omelette very late at night. If you go be ready to wait for a while they are very slow. The food is not the best but it is a diner late at night what can you expect?

Nice diner. Clean and good service. Can sit large groups. The portions are large and usually can even take left overs home.

Friendly staff, food served fast, exactly as ordered. Taste was good. Open 24 hours which is awesome when you need a decent sit-down meal after midnight.

Typical overpriced menu. Open 24 hours, which is a plus. The keylime pie is decent; had better though. Coffee is fresh. Place is clean. Staff is easy going. Good location.
