I was contacted by rick by Facebook on one of the swap sites, telling me to come by and he would get me in a car. I didn't think I would get approved due to absolutely no credit and not having much of a down payment. We started the paper work, so far things were looking up. I came in close to closing time so I returned the next day. Rick then had Tyler, the sales manager help me finish up everything. They were able to get me a 2014 Chrysler 200 in great condition, with low miles. To top that off I have low monthly payments. They were very helpful and made purchasing my first vehicle a great experience. I highly recommend going to them to anyone.

These people are horrible bought a car less then a week later had to put a new radiator in it then brake calipers all around then the motor started knocking. They will screw anyone over to make a dime

1) Wouldn't referee another person her bought my truck in October of 16 and still haven't received it 1/5/17. They told me a week and a half ago it was in the mail I'm sorry but it doesn't take that long to get to me. 2) purchased extended warranty and it still hasn't went into effect which is bs put $3000 down to help with my little upside down Equity or whatever it is on my Jeep Patriot. Feel like I'm getting more screwed over with them than I was with my jeep. 3) TYLER SHIPLEY IS THE RUDES SALES MAN I HAVE EVER MET!!!!!! Don't go here your probably better going to carhop or JD by rider not that you would get a good interest rate but probably would trust them more

We walked in, looking for a car for my daughter who is in college. We started at a price range and they said they had no cars I asked for any price, and the sales guy started side talking about some car that wasnt even on the lot.. told him we had cash and were ready to pay.. again asked prices, again NO ANSWER.. Can't give a straight answer to anything.. SHADY. We took our CASH to EMERSON Auto John was so honest he even gave us gas money So you missed out!! So glad I was smart enough to not play their games.

This is the worst auto dealership I have delt with.1. Ibought a car from them an impala 2009ltz about 3 years ago ,the day after I bought the car it started to lose gas and had a few issues with the shocks , for as much as I paid for the car I had to fight with them for a week to get them to fix it .2.3years after I bought the car I thought it'd be a good idea to trade the car for a truck ,which I thought I'd give them one more chance we'll the only problem with the truck was I had no remote to it and asked at signing if I got a remote or not which they never answered me they just wanted to push the sale and told me to buy one on Amazon .The business kept fighting with me when I wanted the remote paid for because the truck itself should of had one and it did not.5/31/16 I got a call from mr.Tyler Shipley a sales manager , him and I were discussing trading in my truck for a cheaper vehicle since Brad (sales guy who sold me the truck)screwed me over with my trade in and made me over pay for the truck .which I shouldn't of put it past carriker but I did.Tyler calls me ,he's like hey I have this Nissan 2013 we can get you in (rember I'm trying to trade my truck)I told him my payments could only be 600$ and I would have to trade the truck.my wife and I get there he tells us the payment would be 360$ a month with 500$ down . My wife and I go test drive it of course we were planing on getting it but when we get back to the office he was trying to push the sale and forgot the whole purpose why we were there he was very rude and all he cared about was selling a car and not listening to what we wanted with our goal . He wanted us to get the Nissan as a third payment which he new we could not afford nor wanted , the whole purpose was to trade the truck for a lease or to get a new vehicle that we wouldent be upside down in because all the dealership cared about was money not to make a forever customer or fulfill what a customer needed ,if I were to recommend anyone do not go here even if it's the only place you can get approved all they care about is the money not your business or your goals

Bad place to go get a car they try to work their way around things very fishy and scamy WOULD NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE also can't get ahold of anyone been trying to get ahold of someone for three days about a car finnaly got ahold of someone and where very rude

CARRIKERS AUTO is a good place to bye a car or truck, the people are very friendly, the service is awsome I got my first car from them, and I would go back. They are awsome.

My husband and I dealt with Greg and he was super helpful. He was able to get us a vehicle that was in out price range that didn't look like it would fall apart in a week. He was friendly and a great salesman. I highly recommend this place!
