Came out for a night with my out of town cousins. Service less than spectacular. Waiter disappeared for lengthy stretches of time and whenever he did come around to see if we needed another round it would take forever for the drinks to come.

Also to echo the concerns of another recent reviewer (Ms. Natale) the jukebox selection was lousy and good songs were constantly being skipped for mediocre ones.

Every time I’ve gone to Industry for a meal it always seemed to take a little too long than what it needed to be. It’s a really huge place and can fill up sometimes, makes me wonder if they are understaffed. The food is good but nothing extraordinarily worth the wait. Great decor and exposed brick, if you’re a stickler for ambiance.

As many of the reviews are saying - the atmosphere of this place is great, but the food is just average. This is a great place to go with a few friends and have some beers and an appetizer. The entrees, however, fall short. I had the fish & chips which was good, a bit heavily battered, but no big complaints. My friends got the mac & cheese and pot roast. The pot roast was a big bowl of the same flavor with nothing to break it up, again not terrible tasting but very boring. And the mac & cheese was also fine. But the menu is limited in regards to entrees, especially if you don't want a burger.

If you are just looking to go out this place is great, but if you are looking for amazing food perhaps keep trying.

Absolutely do not eat here when it's busy. Our "30 minute wait" turned out to be 1 hour 15 minutes for a table for 3. An hour later (now 2 hours) got my appetizer. Worst fried pickles I've ever had. Straight up vinegar taste. Burnt popcorn. Even somehow managed to bring out a second round by accident. Literally anywhere else I would be thrilled for this to happen. But here we actually refused the pickles. Took close to 3 hours for sub par food. Avoid at all costs!

So this place would get 5 stars for atmosphere - it's a cool place to hang out in Lawrenceville.

But the food disappointed me. I was expecting my burger to be flavorful, and as amazing as it sounded on the menu, but it wasn't. Both my husband and I were disappointed with our food. It wasn't bad but we just expected more from the venue.

Hip place in the up-and-coming Lawrenceville area. Their hook is the Smokestack. Pick your bourbon and the type of wood chips and they smoke it right at the bar. They have a huge selection of whiskeys and bourbons. I got a non-whiskey drink called the Transformer. It was blue when they brought it. There was a small bit of an additional liquid in a small glass, which your pour in and stir to make your drink change color to purple! Very cool. The food is great, too. The pretzel is at least a foot in diameter. It's huge!

I stopped here with a large group of friends, and I have to say that despite us being a large and rather rowdy group, the service was great! I loved the welcoming environment; the brick walls and modern/industrial feel was unique and made it just a really cool place. It offers a huge selection of draft beers at a reasonable price. My only complaint was my food. I ordered the small batch of boneless wings, and it was not at all worth the price. 6 tiny pieces of chicken came out. Probably my fault for getting them because the burgers and sandwiches looked amazing (and the pretzel of course!!), but I would definitely not get the wings again. They simply weren't worth the price.

I love this place. Excellent drinks, great food. Always a good selection of beer on tap. They do get very busy on the weekends so expect a wait. Weeknights are less busy. If you like straight spirits try the smokestack. You get to pick wood chips that are torched, and the smoke is infused with your choice of libation. Tried brunch for the first time today. Excellent!!!

Burgers yay fish and chips nay. The fish had no seasoning to it whatsoever. The blast pig was good. But I asked for medium and they cooked it well. The wings and Mac and cheese are both decent.

The food at Industry Public House was good and is why I am giving a rating of 3 stars for this restaurant. However, the customer service was unfortunately very poor. My party visited during Sunday brunch hours and had trouble with service from the waitress and the manager.

Our waitress checked in on us very infrequently, never fulfilled many specific order requests, and incorrectly placed several orders. It was difficult to even get silverware. Individuals from different parties around us had to go to the hostess stand just to get silverware. When a member of my party went to speak to the manager about all the issues we encountered, the manager was very dismissive, unapologetic, and tried walking away. If there was an issue with a lack of staff on the particular day, a miscommunication of an order, or any other mistake it would be fine and understandable. However, this information needs to be communicated to the customer and an apology should be made. We also found some areas of the floor to be sticky and one restroom was completely out of toilet paper, which at the beginning of the day should really not be an issue.

Overall, the restaurant has a good atmosphere and food, but the poor customer service and some cleanliness issues definitely need to be addressed by management. Based on my experience at this restaurant, I cannot recommend it because of these issues. I hope that management can address these important issues to improve the restaurant in the future.

Definitely a nice spot for dinner and drinks at the bar, service was good and the hostesses are very friendly. Saturday night gets a little crowded with the early 20's crowd in a college kind of way, but in general the food is great.

The brunch wasn't the best, a little cold and a little disappointing, our fries seemed like they were from a few days agobut maybe that was just an off day.

We order take out a few times a month and are into the beer selection.

I am pretty critical on places I eat, as I have a culinary degree. I will say that this is the FIRST time I have been out that I have needed a doggy bag since I was a kid. Great vibe. Top notch beer selection. Fun cocktail selection. Great service. Good job, Industry.
