We had great customer service from Clara she was kind patient and understanding.

At our first meeting we gave the names of the pallbearers and it was written down. When we went to pay Clara told us to call her back with names of pallbearers. I called and spelled out the names for her. When we arrived day of services there was only one name for Honorary Pallbearer on the memorial card. When I mentioned it to Clara she said she did not have any other names. I told her I gave them to her over the phone and spelled them out. Her response was "I don't have anything written down on paperwork" It was given to her over the phone, how am I supposed to know where she wrote it down? We brought in USB for a video to be played during services, it was given to Clara. After everything was over, we looked through the box of items that were returned to us and the USB was not in the box. We called and were told it "was not there" but he would ask Clara. We got a call back saying it was not there and maybe a family member had it. OK, Clara put the USB in, does she remember if she took it out? Does she remember if she handed it to someone? They did not mention if they gave it to someone or if they put it somewhere. Just it was not there. Not happy with the service we had.

They were accommodating to a point.
The issue I have is the unprofessional and rude manner of the young Hispanic lady that took care of the family.
At times such as this when people are grieving you don’t need a person that doesn’t have any compassion or empathy.
You don’t need anyone barking orders !
The cemetery wouldn’t lower the casket until everyone left the cemetery.
How do you put closer to some ones life?
The funeral home did the best they could but they need employees that are caring and compassionateresponse / report this review -

They did beyond our expectations for our beloved mother funeral, totally recomend this funeral home. Their prices are very affordable, stuff is friendly, and they accommodate the services according to our love one wishes, cultural, and religious practices. Totally recomend Thomas Marcom Funeral Home
