  We had a WONDERFUL experience with this company. Our AC/Heating system is over 16 years old and we decided to get a checkup to make sure all was good. Casey was amazing in explaining in detail and with pictures the status of our current systems. We decided to have them install two new systems. They were awesome in communicating with us and very professional. Casey and Riley did an amazing job installing both Heating and AC units. We would highly recommend them!

  Todd came to my home for my yearly plumbing maintenance through the Thomas Loyalty Club program I have and I had an disposal issue I wanted him to look at while he was here. I knew the disposal needed replacement and was happy with the competitive pricing and Todd had the old disposal taken out and the new disposal installed very fast. Todd was very professional and a pleasure to meet. I am so glad I have the Thomas Loyalty Club program.".

  Mandy (who answered the phone) and Jeremy (service repair technician) were an amazing team. Mandy was so personable, answered all my questions, and got back to me quickly after she consulted with Jeremy about my washing machine issue. She called back right away to update me and Jeremy was able to come immediately. Jeremy was professional, efficient, and answered my questions about needing a new washer versus fixing the old one. He was very honest and great to work with. Both Mandy and Jeremy were fantastic and I would 100% use this company again. Thank you!

  Jeremy, was an outstanding technician! This was a re-installation of a washing machine after a remodel. Jeremy arrived on time, knew exactly what was needed for the installation, had parts that went missing during construction (Thomas Home Services was not involved in remodel) and was the consummate professional. Jeremy has worked in appliance repair for his entire career and we were impressed with his knowledge and advice.
  
  We highly recommend Thomas Home Services and if your technician is Jeremy, you are double-lucky.

  We had a new kitchen sink, kitchen faucet, and garbage disposal installed. I want to be clear here. The technician, Ty, was amazing! He was down-to-earth, kind, & professional and very skilled. Our complaint is with the company itself. We were scheduled for an estimate and Ty was not able to make it within the window we were scheduled for. Then we scheduled for the work to be done which was all to be completed in one visit. That day, we were contacted and told that Ty was on his way. I left home (my husband stayed) with our dogs so that they would not disturb him while he worked. After 2 1/2 hours, Ty still did not show up. This is incompetence on the part of the dispatchers or whomever it is that contacts customers when the techs are 'en route'. Because of this scheduling mishap, our one-day job turned into 2 days. On the second day, we were again told Ty was on his way. Once again, this was an incorrect estimate. When Ty was finally able to get here, he completed the work and we were very pleased with the job he did until the garbage disposal began leaking beneath the sink. So glad they have a warranty service. To their credit, they did send a technician out that day (not Ty) who did a very good job for us; however, we probably would not recommend Thomas Home Services unless you don't care about your time being wasted and having to be held hostage in your house waiting on a technician.
