We contacted Precision Air & Plumbing due to a complete unit failure in June. They responded quickly. The manager was understanding and professional sending Dylan to our home in an hour. We obtained a top quality unit with an amazing warranty, at a competitive cost. The installation took the next day to order and the following day to install. Wonderful AZ native Company!

Our technician, Gilbert was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. My parents had an emergency with their kitchen sink around 5pm. My husband called two different 24 hour plumbing companies but they never called back. After waiting for two hours I decided to call Precision Air & Plumbing and within 30 minutes, Gilbert called back. By this time it was 8pm but he was willing to come do a diagnostic even though he was already at home.

Before he came, I received a text message to let me know that our service technician was on his way and even include his picture. I really like this feature because it made me feel safe knowing who would be coming. Gilbert answered all of our questions and was very patient as I had to translate everything for my parents. Overall, this has been a great experience. Thank you Gilbert!

Another outstanding experience with Precision Air & Plumbing. Jeff was on time, worked efficiently, and was extremely professional and courteous. My home is older and I expect there to be problems and Precision addressed each of them with diplomacy and professionalism above no other. This is definitely the company to call if you need any kind of plumbing work done!
Edit: Apparently I am going to have to bundle all of the good things into one review. Jerry was my initial contact with Precision and was absolutely amazing! He got the process started and made everything so easy, setting up the next resources I would need and coordinating appointments, just streamlined everything and made it all so smooth! I can't write this without also mentioning the efficiency and professionalism Bryce showed when he was at my home also. I am extremely happy with every contact I had with Precision, both on the phone and in person. Again, call Precision for your plumbing questions, no doubt they will be able to help you as they helped me!

They were able to schedule me the same day for my water heater. The girl on the phone was very nice and accommodating and professional , the technician was on time ( early ) and he explained everything. He was knowledgeable and efficient and made the sting of a failed water heater less painful. I will definitely recommend Precision and use them in the future!

This company has gone backwards. I had originally scheduled an appointment for Friday 6/30 to check my system and install a customer supplied tek bulb. When tech arrived she knew nothing about the install of the bulb. So I had to reschedule. They reschedule for 7/1 am between 7 a and 1 pm. No show. I called said your on schedule It is now 5 17 pm and they tell me the tech cannot make it today and they need to reschedule. All my clothes are out of closet as my air handler is in the closet in the master bedroom on top of my bed. THIS IS TERRIBLE customer service and Im about ready to cancel every contract I have with this company. Now at 522 pm they call and need to reschedule for next week this is not happening. I have waited all day for them just to keep pushing me around. They finally showed up on Saturday eve. 8 pm. Then I had a plumbing service scheduled with them as well. They were suppose to be here on Saturday by noon. They didnt show up till 9 pm and fianllh left at 1130 pm. I think this is enough suffering. I hope the owner of this company reads this reciew as I asked for them to have him call me and I am still waiting!
