Great customer service from the technician. My only complaint is the company won’t keep track of when my next tankless water heater flush needs to be despite charging me for a annual membership. Its kinda the least they could do. I recommend going with a small plumber if you only want to use them for services once a year.
Jack & Cisco did an amazing job, with a very difficult/major task at hand. They had to dig down 8 ft, hydro jet and repair sewer line, and left the yard in best condition possible, considering circumstances. Oh - this was all done same day in 110+ temp. Benjamin Franklin is my plumber of choice. And thanks to James who was promptly on-site twice in 2 years, dealing with extreme conditions.
Eddie was professional and experienced. Eddie did the work needed to help us get back on track - He is one of the best in the business and I highly recommend Eddie to anyone in need of a professional plumber. He has a great sense of respect and humor and walked us though the entire process. THANK YOU EDDIE
James was extremely professional and kind. He took the time to explain things in terms that I understood. Most importantly, he was honest. I was very impressed. I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin again and I hope James is always the guy that works on our house.
Brewer installed the plumbing/water heater in our new build. The gas control valve stopped working just outside the 2 year builder warranty. The sticker on the water heater said to call this number which Ben Franklin plumbing answers. A lady answered unprofessionally and took my info saying someone would call next day. No call. I called back and spoke to someone else who said a tech would call the next day. The next day comes and Jake called and showed up to diagnose. Jake said the gas control valve needed replaced and would cost $550 for labor as part was under warranty. Jake ends up removing gas control valve and taking it with him to exchange. Next day comes and Jake texted/called to say part won’t be available for 2 weeks and only options are to wait, buy a new water heater for over $2k or pay extra $200 for an after market part. $750.00 labor to replace a gas control valve on a water heater is insane. I went to get other quotes and come to find out Jake ripped off the serial number info sticker from water heater. When questioned it to him, he said he needed it for warranty. I asked for the missing sticker and part he took back. He claimed he could not bring it back but could only mail it. I’m still waiting going on a week after. The professionalism, customer service, knowledge, price points, and courtesy are a disgrace and I do not recommend using this company for any of your plumbing needs ever.
