Told me I owed about $2000 more on my trade-in than I actually did. Also thought a great sales pitch was "this truck is scheduled for auction today and wont be here long" only to come back and say that their price was firm and there was no room to haggle. Pretty sure if your truck was going to auction and you were desperate to sell you would be willing to negotiate a little. Told me they had another buyer lined up yet called me the following morning begging me to come back in and buy the truck.

My wife took her jeep in to get the oil changed and tires rotated when done they told her there was a leak in the front end. She asked what it was and they told her they didn't know and if she wanted to set up an appointment they would check. She then asked what color was the liquid and about where it was, again they said they didn't know they would set up a $65 appointment to check it. Well she took it to a friend of ours garage to have it checked. He looked at it and said the liquid was from the condisation from the air conditioning. These morons don't even know this. On top of that they didn't reset the oil change light which she told them about because they didn't do it last time. Freaking idiots

Check your vehicle over with a fine tooth comb! Problems that are to be covered under "certified" pre owned are not. You'll get a run around when trying to fix problems and also when trying to get missing parts/keys/lug nut keys for your vehicle. However when buying the vehicle, my salesman Joe was awesome!
