Been there once. To me it's just another restaurant. Was confusing where to go find the restaurant though. Because it's on the corner of two alleys. Even had to ask which door to go into. It was a holiday and they were open that's why we went. Not saying I wouldn't go back. Just not particularly fond of their food..

Ok, here's the deal. First time here I ordered a salad, which was great. But it was a terrible choice seeing as how Mac & Joe's is known Oxford-wide for their burgers. This time I ordered the mushroom swiss burger. Let's just say I could only eat half. It was very, very good, but there was too much food on the plate. (Don't worry, I took the other half home and had it for lunch the next day.) Recommend this place if you're really hungry and want a burger that runs down your face when you bite into pure heaven.

This place lives up to the hype! Classic Oxford establishment, and you HAVE to get the mac n cheese bites! I would also recommend the salads, they are delicious and huge!!!

Great to watch Browns games as it's the official Browns Backers bar for Oxford. However, food is subpar. Competitive college-town prices.

The place to go in Oxford. Great bar food, great beer choices, friendly staff, plenty of tv's to accommodate various sporting events. Everyone gets the burgers (because they're the best) but I recommend the chili.

First time at at Miami of Ohio and we we heard that we had to stop at Mac & Joe's! It was not a disappoinment. Everything was great from the food to the drinks. Loved the steak sandwich with mushroom sauce and of course the cheese bites. Thanks Heather for the recommendation!

Ok so they sell 32oz beers, what could go wrong? Food was pretty good, I would recommend the Garbage Nachos to share with a pretty big group. I would recommend that if your in Oxford and are trolling for a place to park and drink, this place shouldn't be overlooked.

Things usually run smoothly here, but this last time we were waiting for 45 min and still hadn't gotten our food. We finally asked them what was going on, they hadn't even started making it yet! We just ended up leaving and going somewhere else. But they are least took care of the pitcher we ordered

Went to Miami and "Mac n' Hoes" was always a seniors favorite. Delicious bar food, super cozy environment and friendly bar staff. Come here for a good time every time!
