  I rode three days a week and regret every moment. The dont show up on schedule, get lost, or dont show at all. Left strandes several times. This was a ride to work amd nearly cost me a job

  We are a family of four trying to bike-n-ride from Traverse City to Suttons Bay. Turns out the bus at Suttons Bay only holds 3 bikes. The kids and I rode the bus back to TC with NO OTHER PASSANGERS and my husband had to stay behind. So hugely disappointed.

  The best bus service in Michigan! Runs 7 days a week to all of Grand Traverse & Leelanau Counties, including Sleeping Bear Dunes.
  All buses are ADA accessible & all have free, front bumper bike racks (3 max).
  BATA is also synced to Google Maps to easily find the closest stop & directions to your destination (choose public transportation from your location).
  Locals depend on it & visitors love being able to enjoy the scenery while visiting & not battle the traffic & parking nightmare.

  We used the Bata Cherry Festival shuttle from Thirlby field to downtown Very good Service. Very polite professional driver. The driver of Bus number 67 should get recognized for the Great job he did tonight.

  I love the Bata bus. I use this bus to get to work and around town, especially in the winter when I cannot bike. The drivers are hard working and professional. The schedule was a little difficult to learn at first but I got used to it pretty quickly. It's always a good rule of thumb to arrive five minutes early to any stop. Thank you, Bata, for making my switch to getting rid of a car possible! Shoutout to Rene & Kim for being awesome!!

  Very little info on the dial a ride service on their website, I called at 10am, got transferred 3 times only to find out that they wouldn't be able to get me until 4pm, 6 hours after I called. Horrible customer service experience, the people I talked to were not as helpful as they advertise on their website. Can't wait til uber takes a chunk of their business.

  Bata is THE WORST bus service I have EVER had the displeasure of using. I can't even count the number of times Bata has FAILED. It's probably in the thousands. Not. Happy.

  Great ride. However not consistent with serves. Schedules are very poor and change constantly without regard to the customer
