My husband and I came to Woodhouse for the first time after purchasing the couple's package which was a massage, facial and pedicure. We could not have been happier with the services! We both felt that our deep tissue massages were the BEST we have ever had. We loved being able to have champagne and a quiet room to relax in between our services. We highly recommend Woodhouse and cannot wait to come back!

This was my first visit to Woodhouse. The spa is beautiful and well maintained. The robes are so soft and cozy. Edward was my massage therapist. He gave me a fabulous deep tissue massage which I needed badly! The only one small issue is that after my massage I was taken back to the calming room. I assumed I was taken there to meet up with my aunt. I waited for about 15 minutes and finally came out to find her. She was done with her service,dressed and waiting in the lobby. Better coordination would have been appreciated. I am sure this was a fluke. I will be back.

Great overall experience! Very friendly front desk. I had gift cards for a signature manicure, lavender sea salt pedicure, and hot stone massage. I called the day before to add gel to my pedicure, and unfortunately I wasn't told until halfway through my pedicure that I could only have the sea salt OR gel because both requires 90 minutes, so just got gel. She did a great job. Massage was nice. Manicure was substandard and chipping 2 days later so I wrote my review saying I'd stop by that day. Everyone was so nice when I walked in and my nails were redone quickly and perfectly. I received a call the next day because of my review and I said everything was taken care of the day before. Again, great and friendly customer service. Will be back.

I love this spa! Clean, serene, and luxurious atmosphere. The staff adhere to "spa etiquette" - whisper level talking, very little conversation etc. Massage therapists are professional and well trained. I highly recommend and Woodhouse Spa!

I have been to two "professional" massages before that were less than relaxing, first one was a dude that made me regret it immediately then the second was a girl that was cute but it was kind of a weird massage.

I was put off of massages after those two till my wife signed us up for a couples massage at the Woodhouse Day Spa. Loved every second of it, they really make you feel like you are the most important person in the room and the massages are AMAZING. The wife and I love getting there a little early for our appointment and relax in one of the rooms and sip on wine or champagne. Have been twice already in one year and plan on going a lot more!!!!!!

Woodhouse Day Spa is so worth the money! The place is clean and relaxing. I feel so good after every time I leave there. Def leave your cell phone in your locker to unwind from the world in the quiet room. I'm always getting my girlfriends gift cards to the Spa. I cannot get enough of this place!!!

This is my go to spot for relaxation and pampering! No other Cincinnati spa comes close to its quality. I've tried the majority of the services offered and they are all phenomenal. Right now I'm working through my series of Hydro Facials, and I've got to say that the results are unbeatable. But the minkyti facial is the way to go if relaxation is your main agendaI usually fall asleep towards the end of those. I make every effort to try all the different seasonal pedicures. They have all been wonderful. And the one time I felt like my nails chipped too soon, the staff immediately put a free pedicure on my account. The next time I came in I didn't have to pay a dime (except tip, of course!). Leave your cell phones in a locker and unwind in the quiet room. You won't regret it. I really can't say enough good things about the Woodhouse. 5++ stars for sure!
