Today I had the Woodhouse Experience and day of massage facial manicure and pedicure. The perfect day with the best staff! The front staff were so kind and made me feel so welcome. I will say my facial was one of the best facials I have ever had. My skin looks flawless. I highly recommend this spa to everyone🌺

I have been a Woodhouse VIP client for years. I have seen the same gal for facials the entire time. They have lost a LOT of massage therapists. I had an appt with Jenny this coming Wednesday (I made the appt last Thursday). They called yesterday and said she was no longer there. I will not go back to Woodhouse, nor recommend them to anyone with this latest experience. I am done with them. Time to find another place that respects not only the clients, but more importantly treats their employees with respect and dignity. I am ashamed of Woodhouse and how their employees are treated. Sad.

I did not feel valued as a customer. First of all, I had a 10:30 appt. with Dominic, which the girls told me was not on their calendar. Then, they urged me to reschedule an hour later with a man whom they claimed was very good and had been doing massage therapy for 25 years. My first red flag was that he looked to be no older than his thirties or low forties. So that part was misrepresentation. He started out applying very good pressure to my face, but for a short time, then started SCRATCHING my head for the longest time. Unbelievable. When it appeared he wasn't going to move on (and who wants to pay those prices for a head scratch), I had to redirect him to another body part as nicely as possible. After that, everything was downhill—light pressure and few or no pressure points. I paid for a deep tissue massage. My second bad experience with them this year, but this was the worst. Before, I always gave them A+ ratings and could not have been happier.

The spa services were wonderful.
At check out I paid my balance, left with a zero balance receipt. On vacation i was called multiple times stating the cashier made a error and that i was to come in immediately and pay 150 dollars on top of what i already paid. They even attempted to charge my credit card unauthorized . So i am to go in immediately and pay for a cashiers mistake. The company did not offer anything for this inconvenience nor apologetic.

First experience with Woodhouse spa. Genevieve was my eshetician and she was wonderful. I am very picky when it comes to waxing. She listening intently and accommodated concerns I had with my face. Genevieve was respectful, professional, and just a lovely person as well. I was extremely pleased and would strongly recommend her. The atmosphere of the spa and staff was appreciated as well.

The Woodhouse Day Spa in Carmel met and exceeded my expectations as far as service, treatment, and overall experience. I came in seeking treatment (massage therapy) for my back after a long weekend of difficult work. I received an 80 minute massage from Peter. Peter was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He consistently checked in with my current condition during the whole experience and gave 100% effort the whole time. Although a back massage may cost more money than other places, such as massage envy. The quality of massage and experience is worth the money. You can't put a price on your body. I will now be going back once a month since I feel the difference. Great work Peter and everyone at the front desk. I would highly recommend Peter and The Woodhouse Spa for any male or female.
