I gave it two chances. After each time, I felt like I had spent way too much money for the results. Lots of missed/broken hairs after both leg waxes, and I had grown out my leg hair for two months. Very disappointed, never going back.

My favorite waxing salon in the city by far. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy with sales, though they do carry a wide range of products. Scheduling is well managed and appointments are rarely, if ever, late. They offer a military discount and a discount for pre-booked appointments.

Love this place! Candace is fabulous in fishers! She's very friendly and makes you feel confortable during your experience. To better your services I would love to see online booking available in the future.

Came here a few times to get armpit waxings before my wedding. Every time I came in I would ASK if I could use a coupon and the front desk lady always said yes. Well, one day a woman waxed my armpits causing them to bleed, scab, and discolor. I called them asking what I should do to heal my armpits and what frustrated me the most was they weren't the slightest apologetic about their service and had the audacity to be upset with me because I used their "first time customer " coupon more than once. Mind you this "coupon" has NO print on it saying first time customer or anything other than $off wax service. Also, I would always ask if I could use it so they should have spoke with their front desk employee about that situation instead of acting as if I took advantage of them. Ever since my armpits scarred from them I never went back.

Got stuck behind an accident on my way to my 5:15 (they close at 6) appointment and called to let them know I would be running a few minutes late. She then asked (with an atittude),"well how late are you running?" When I stated I was 10 minutes away she informed me that my appointment would have only been 10 minutes so I would have to reschedule my appointment. I would have been a first time customer and they would have had my business for years if they knew how to treat people. Their customer service is horrible. DO NOT GO THERE

TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE, BECAUSE IT SAYS IT'S "FAST". BUT IT'S NOT. THERE IS NO ONE ANSWERING EMAILS AT ALL. NONE OF THEIR LOCATIONS WILL ANSWER THEIR EMAILS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 3 DAYS AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. OBVIOUSLY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT RETURNING CUSTOMERS OR MAKING MONEY! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!
