Dr Long is the most caring and compassionate Dr I've ever met. I had ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasounds from my primary, I saw another Dr first and she pushed the IUD to solve my cyst issue. The next visit I saw Dr. Long. She got right to the point to find the problem. She did the test and said the ovary had to go. I was not eligible for the IUD and needed surgery. She did a fantastic job. Love Dr. Long and my daughter will be going here for Dr Long ! Thank you so much

My appointment was good, staff was friendly and enjoyed the doctor. Problem is, my insurance did not cover very much of the bill because the fees were so high. Then the lab bills were astronomical! my total appointment, after insurance payments was almost $1000!! Then to boot I was sent to collections! I had moved since my appointment so the bills did not catch up till later. Very disappointed!

I have been seeing Dr. Volin for 18 years. I love him. He has the best care, the best knowledge, the best interest for his patients. He is personally invested in his patients. The best overall. I will never have another Dr. As long as he is practicing!!!

I just moved to the area and started going to the Thornton office this past Spring. I have been so impressed and blown away by the staff and providers here. Dr. Long is caring, personable, and knowledgeable and really takes her time to talk to you. Emily, the FNP, was so great when I had to go in for a sick visit as well. She made sure I understood her directions and took the time to listen to everything going on with me. Her education was very valuable as I'm new to this climate and still adjusting to how to care for myself in it. Also, the rest of the staff is great anytime I call or send a question through the portal. I always get a quick and helpful response. They especially went through so much trouble to help me when I was having problems getting a mail order prescription through my insurance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone. I don't think you can find better care or a more professional, attentive, and responsive office. Thank you for all that you do!

I am horrified with the fact that the staff here would be willing to risk the health of an unborn child and it's mother just because they haven't received payment, all other women's clinics I've been too would put that aside till the end of pragnacy. I understand we all need to get paid but the good thing about billing in a health care facility is that the debt never goes away until paid so it will eventually get paid but to refuse treatment is appalling.

Literally the dumbest fucking office ive ever been to only go there if you dont have a credit card or else they wont see you i got birth control in my arm here 3 years ago at there office now they wont take it out cause i dont have a credit card with me

I love this office, I was referred by a friend and was not disappointed. Dr. Garcia is excellent and easy to talk to. I really like the nurses and techs, all are professional and patient with my many questions. The front desk ladies are always on top of things and friendly, as well as the schedulers. The financial planners are so kind and offered to work with us on payment options while preparing for our first baby. Would recommend to anyone!

Been going here since march of 2016. First had a chemical pregnancy then by august that year I became pregnant again. First had a midwife who casually stated I'd most likely lose my baby due to hormone levels then prescribed me medicine stating "it most likely won't help" I then switched to a dr because of being high risk. My had a pretty healthy pregnancy besides my initial hormone problems. I saw Dr Head for the remainder of my pregnancy and she delivered my son as well. Would recommend highly. Just make sure you don't have Courtney as a midwife.

This team delivered my youngest (now 3yo) and did an outstanding job throughout the pregnancy and during delivery. My wife and baby were treated with respect and outstanding care.
Several years later I now work closely with the entire staff, at all their offices. I now know these people personally, but I don't work directly for them.
I'm disappointment by the mixed reviews here. Babies can come at all times, which means you may occasionally wait.
This is a group who CARES about their patients. The front desk, the nurses, the techs, the providers, and all supporting staff work hard to give the best care to their patients.
The owners work long hours, have a good attitude, and care about their patients, practice, and also their employees.
If you have a less than perfect experience, call them and let them make it right before blasting them. These are really good people.response / report this review -

The administrative staff at this facility is rude and unprofessional. They require you to arrive very early for appointments, often to fill out just a single form or initial something that takes two minutes. Then you are left in the waiting room beyond the time when your appointment was supposed to have started. The same staff members are curt in communication, and will cut you off as soon as they think they know what you're saying, before you finish speaking. I always try to be extra friendly, because I want a really positive relationship with the little involved with my health care, but it is very trying.
The providers, nurses, and techs I have interacted with were perfectly friendly and professional, as well as a billing department. However, providers do seem a bit rushed during appointments, as if they don't have enough time to spend with patients.response / report this review -

Love this place. The employees there are great! Went through my entire pregnancy with them by my side.

Horrible place worst one is Angela Gilmer. My regular Doctor was out and no one even told me at check in she was out for the day so once they called me back in the exam room I sat there waiting for 45 minutes for Angela no one bothered to come check on me so I went out and asked what's taking so long and that's when they told me Angela would be right in and she never showed up so 20 min later I left. Then when I was going into labor my doctor wasn't there so they said Angela would be delivering the baby she never showed up and another one had to. I was supposed to get a call from one of the medical assistance about making a appointment for my tb test never heard back and it's been 2 months. I would definitely be going back to this place and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

The "doctors" at this office treat miscarriages like they're no big deal. To have someone whose being over paid to help care for you AND your baby (both during pregnancy and delivery) show such a nonchalant response to the loss of a life is both frightening and disturbing. Not all doctors are created equal Some do it because they love people and love helping others. Others do it for a paycheck. I would honestly say that these doctors are only here for the money. If you are currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant I would STRONGLY suggest you look elsewhere for an obgyn.

Although I love Melinda Sharkey, I will be searching for a new gynecologist. This office does not inform you of what is going on, and will bill you like crazy.
I was told an ultrasound was going to be $160, and nurse and staff did not tell me that an external and internal ultrasound were two different fees. One visit cost me $500! That is WITH insurance.
Great doctors, but I can't stand the fact that they didn't tell me important details up front, and then won't work with you.
