We purchased a split king and it is a perfect sleep platform. The purchase was an outstanding experience; the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Dennis was exceptionally helpful . The delivery and set up was timely and equally satisfying.

I had a 9 hour surgery and after going through 6 mattress from $800-$1000.00, I finally went to the Sleep Store and met Dennis Landry and with his Knowledge and experience found me a Posh & Lavish Latex Mattress on an adjustable base and it has really changed my life. I am sleeping a lot better after having had to sleep on the floor due to my back injury. John & Dennis are the best. Highly recommend you see them.

OLDER: Absolutely horrible, older guy who works there was rude and tried to get out of a price he originally offered. Bought a bed for 299, and came in the next day to pick it up. After I found I didn't have the space for the bed, I went in and asked for the sale the guy offered me for the smaller one. He then proceeded to tell me that he never offered the 249 that he did and that it was the same price for the Queen as the Full. He wouldn't budge and offered to refund me, saying I was not correct. I work for retail and if I treated my customers like this, I wouldn't be able to sell a thing. Beyond all of this he consistently spoke down to me. Poor customer service
UPDATE: Manager called me personally to extend his apologies and worked to get me the deal I was told was available. VERY impressed with their customer service and raised it to a Five star because John was a great store owner who cared for his customers

John and every one there is so helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a part for a bed that was purchased from them almost 4 years earlier. They had the part shipped in within a couple days at no cost. They even picked up the shipping cost. Great people who stand behind their products.

I needed to purchase two beds for our kiddie condo in Fort Collins and checked a couple other stores before deciding on the Sleep Store! When you go in, you are greeted and the employees are very helpful and informative regarding what options are available. There was a little mix-up with my order but they worked very hard to get the order corrected! You can tell that customer satisfaction is a priority for them. The beds are very comfortable and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend The Sleep Store!

I am not much of an online reviewer, but there are times when I feel so satisfied with a purchase or customer service that I feel inclined to write a review.
Years ago, I found the only mattress store that I will work with… The Sleep Store. I have purchased mattresses, sheets, pillows and more from both John and Dennis. I love the fact that I trust them and leave feeling good about my purchases.
Recently, my daughter left the state to attend college. We were able to get everything for her except for a specific sheet set she was looking for. They went out of their way to find it for us, order it and then have it shipped directly to her for no additional charge.
You would be doing yourself a disservice by not checking out The Sleep Store before making any mattress or bedding accessory purchase.

Easiest shopping experience of my life. Always ask for Dennis. He's up front and asks you what you want in a bed and gives you options to find the exact one. I found the perfect bed, took the suggestion of buying a metal frame that can fold up for convenience when moving and avoided having to deal with a heavy box spring!
Dennis was great with the delivery process and how they would contact me which is also something I don't have to worry about. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
