This is not my first visit at this hotel, and I can honestly say I love my experience everytime. The staff is polite and helpful, it's location is fantastic to reach local attractions, and the place has plenty to offer. From a pool, hot tub and gym to awesome modern rooms. The only complaint I may have is some of the furniture. Both in the rooms and 2nd floor, look wise they fit in with the athletics or the he hotel, but they are not comfortable. Luckily there are other options. Outside of that I loved it, specially the breakfast buffet.

This is a modern hotel in Amish country. Everything is very nice, pleasant staff and a great breakfast. A pool, workout room, indoor and outdoor lounges available to everyone as well. Great views too!

Stayed in a premium suite that had a livibg area, half fridge and micro and a bedroom with 2 queen beds. Clean and comfy. Needed more sitting options and a nightstand by the bed. Beautiful hotel and rooms. Shower tiles need deep cleaned. We will definitely stay again.

We love this hotel. It's the second time we've stayed here and the staff are always so friendly. The rooms are very clean and we love the modern decor and big shower that's all tile. The complimentary breakfast is above average compared to other places. We highly recommend this hotel and we will always stay here anytime we visit Sugarcreek.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and elegant. The bed fits my tastes for a firmer mattress as well. Service is exceptional and the breakfast spread beats any of the big chains I've stayed at like Best Western or La Quinta; it was the first time I've seen an omelet station and it turned out fantastic. The area is peaceful and scenic with plenty of nice Amish shops to browse. I'd definitely stay here again!

I didn't start overnight, but was just at a ladies conference held in one of the conference rooms. This is always a beautiful place to visit, though!

Hotel is awesome. Modern feel. Pool and hot tub was nice. Fire pits and lounge area outside. Amazing breakfast (Omelet maker, biscuits and gravy, bacon, potatoes, cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, boxes of cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, milk and 4 types of juice, muffins, bagels) They have coffee, hot cocoa, tea and cookies available all day long (made for a nice snack). Very clean hotel and staff is friendly.

This was a very nice place to stay in Amish Country. We knew from past experience that most businesses close early in this are so we chose this hotel because it advertised an outdoor patio area. It did not disappoint. We spent every evening relaxing on the patio by the fire tables. Super relaxing!

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and it will definitely be were we stay whenever we go to Amish Country. This hotel is very modern. The rooms were amazing. Loved the kitchenette which had a small frig, microwave and sink. Also a long counter to sit at. The beds and the pillows were the best ever. The walk in showers was nice The continental breakfast was very good and many choices. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the cleanliness was above the top. Highly recommended!

Honestly, this is the nicest hotel ever! From the most courteous staff (Devon and Brooke) bending over backwards to meet your every need to the delicious breakfast with every food you could imagine! Not to mention the fabulous ultra-modern decor! You will be in awe and want to test every chair/sofa in the lobby! The room had so many extras- like an awesome walk-in shower and kitchenette! ! The mattress and pillows were the most comfy I've ever experienced. The outdoor patio with view of farmland is simply gorgeous. You'll love the fire pits at night and having coffee out there in the morning while watching the sunrise. Someone really got it right with this hotel! This is a must stay! We can't wait to return!
