Office people are rude, the place is absolutely filthy to the point people could probably take legal action on them from move in day, false advertising to lure you in, all of the apartments just need completely redone at this point. It took maintenance two weeks to get to our washer that had standing water in it, just imagine the smell at that point. People are always loud here and apartments are constantly getting broken into and the village does nothing about it. There's an overage everytime rent is due so you end up paying $15-$35 more every month on top of rent. Please, do not live here. I'd think from all the bad reviews the Village would have done something by now 🤔

such a great place to live for the price! everything is all included, so it is super easy to easy to keep track of your bills when you only have to write one check each month. Also there is awesome amenities that are included with living here my favorite being the pull in the summer time. They seem to really care about their residents as well and often times hold events that we can come to that include things such as free food and prizes!

Seriously if zero stars existed. (you get the point). I first have to say that on move in day the apartment was dirty to begin with and you can literally see painted over holes in the wall. My room's were literally stained from smoke. Ya see, I'm the type to really take things like this serious since I'm literally paying an arm and a leg for this rent. I'm a faithful customer that did resign because they were basically forcing us to resign before a deadline or the rent will go up $10.. I fell for it only to discover that new comers this year are paying 389 and 420 prices for their rent!! How much am I paying you wonder? 460 as a FAITHFUL customer. FAITHFUL!!! That's not even to mention I'm charged with an overage every single month so that totals out to be about 470+ I have complaints for days about this place. My main one is literally the SAFETLY around this place.. my apartment has literally been robbed 3 times. THREE. I've received no benefits of any kind and it's sad that there aren't cameras anywhere but at that stupid hang out spot for the maintenance crew who answer maintenance requests when they feel like it. Ordered new chairs in March 2017.. was told there on the way.. its currently November 2017. Still no chairs. Literally this place takes advantage of college students. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Unless you want pointless expenses, your car broken into, and potential apartment robbery. Seriously DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I would give them ZERO stars if possible. Where should I start.let's start with DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!

My daughter has been here for three years. It's been a complete nightmare. Their customer service is terrible. The apartments have mold, are leaking water, carpets are awful.I could go on. They are awful about fixing anything. The girls call and call and on most occasions I have had to call the office and threaten them to get anything done. Then it's half ass at best when they do come.

Safety is a HUGE issue. Her car and her roommates cars have all been broken into on multiple occasions. The villages refuses to put cameras up and are rude most of them time when the girls come in to report it. The police department will take a "report" if you're lucky but most is the time they discourage them from even doing this as "there is nothing they can do."

I have contacted corporate on two occasions. The first time they never responded (shocker) and I am waiting for a response to today's phone call.

This place is expensive, takes advantage of the college kids who are busting their ass to pay rent, and could care less about their safety.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE PROPERTY.

The village threatened to move our stuff out if we didn’t resign the lease to get us to hurry and resign. After resigning they lowered the rent down from $450 to &389 for new comers, and for the faithful customers raised rent up $10. Sketchy enough the apt has been robbed twice with no video surveillance, but even worse enough the place has looked horrible since we moved in! We have had an overage every month and the majority of us would not even be there! Choose another place it’s horrible!

If there was the option for no stars, it still wouldn't accurately describe this place. It's obvious they don't know what they're doing or how to treat tenants. I had a horrible experience moving in there last year. I had a 4 bedroom unit, and the day we moved in we had issues. The carpet was horrible, and they attempted to charge us for carpet replacement 2 weeks after we moved in. Now they're just charging me individually a year later. There was mouse traps all over the apartment, and one of my roommates consistly put in complaints about it which lead to NOTHING being done. The unit was not cleaned properly at all, and once we had turned in our unit review sheet, they still never attempted to clean the unit although they claim they did. So that alone shows that their "cleaning" crews and "inspection" crews have no idea what they're doing either. Regardless what prices they say they're offering, it's a lie. You will be charged overages every single month unless you sit in your apartment with every light off and shower once to twice a week. Like I said, I was in a 4 bedroom unit, and the electrical cap was $120, so after that you got charged extra. It's obvious that a $120 electrical bill isn't enough when you live in an apartment with 4 people, 2 showers, a washer and dryer, and a stove (everything's electric, so no gas). These people have no idea how to do business. Like I mentioned earlier, they're attempting to charge me INDIVIDUALLY for carpet replacement. The entire unit looked horrible, and none of my other roommates were charged. It's also apparent they're desperate for money since everyone is leaving these trashy apartments. They've lowered the rent for a 4 bedroom unit from $450-$389 and are offering 2 months free or something along those lines. I promise you, no matter how "good" it may seem, you will be screwed out of money. I've emailed the bookkeeper for the past week, and she was very compliant everytime she said they needed money. Once i actually defended my case as to why they shouldn't be charging me and asked for the managements contact information, she quit replying. If by some chance you are stuck at this horrible place, TAKE PICTURES THE DAY YOU MOVE IN AND OUT. Have proof that they're the definition of garbage at what they do. Other than that, go find somewhere else if you're still needing a place to live. You won't be treated right here. It may sound dramatic, but with the extremely bad experience I've had here, I will make sure every single person I come in contact with knows how bad this place is. I would actually go out of my way to make sure this place would go out of business, and I promise I'm not the only one. They're terrible business people who take advantage of college students who are already having it rough financially, mentally and emotionally in some cases.

Would give less if I could. I only stayed 3 months taking over someone's lease, and it was awful. None of my maintenance calls were answered. They never tell you up front that those "free" utilities have a cap that they'll charge of you go over. Some staff are pleasant, but I've experienced a couple of rude and uncaring workers there. And they're very disorganized-they've sent me reminders multiple times to make payments I've already paid. I would have been better off paying for campus housing, I do not recommend this place.

HORRIBLE place DO NOT live here, they charge you for overages every month for no reason. They are frauds. Everyone pays different prices even though you all live in the same apartment complex which is ridiculous. They told me to renew my lease early to keep the same amount I had before but they raised the price on me, then a month later lowered the price so they "can fill" up spaces. So you'll be stuck paying a high price while everyone one else pays $100 less. SAVE your money and go somewhere else honestly!!

charges overage charge for no apparent reasons and never fixes anything that is reported. I believe they are trying to take advantage of collage kids. But it just so happens my name is on the lease. I do believe there is a law that we are right to a itemized statement of what the overage charge is for. it is pretty funny they would get a overage charge when no one is living in the apparent and the A/c is turned off and everything else is unplugged.

If you have any other option of where to live TAKE IT. There were a lot of overages for utilities and stupid fees for maintenance but that is not the issue with this place. I subleased my apartment and gave the future resident a exact description of the place and she still agreed to it. She got her lease and her coed agreement notarized and turned in she didn't like the apartment and the village let her drop out of a legal document without telling me and I did not find out until three days later after which I occurred late fees. Speaking of the late fees I did not find out about them until a MONTH AND A HALF LATER keep in mind I found someone else to get my apartment so I went in THREE TIMES and I did not find out about these late fees until yesterday and I moved out a month ago and the only reason I found out about them was because they forgot to switch over my apartment and I had to call them FOUR times to get it fixed and only then did they let me know after I asked for an account balance absolutely unorganized and unprofessional. I felt like I had to do their for them and if I could give zero stars I would.

Office staff was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Nice parking and good location. Nice furnishings in common areas of apartment; kitchen, living/dining. Would be great if security cameras were placed facing down each parking area, for added security measures.

My son lives in one of the apartments with 4 rooms. It needs a complete overhaul - the linoleum is curling up, the carpets are awful, the blinds are bent and broken, and it could use a paint job.
I appreciated, though, that he could get a place and be matched with roommates. Having the washing machine and dryer in the apartment, and all utilities included, really makes it a good deal. There are overages, but they are not too bad.
