I really love this place
Beautiful campus, very clean. Small town feel.
Blah. Not worth the costs
I know people who go here and its a great place
Beautiful campus, this college compliments Buckhannon well but I would like to see John Wesleys visions carried out more as he envisioned them.
Pretty campus.
I found the cafe food during the week okay but it gets worse during the weekend. Some times Wi Fi does not work in dorms such as Holloway. I found the instructors friendly on campus. I was given the option to take the oral exam written
The Dorms are very third world living. The description stated dorms included a kitchen and this was old outdated information, so no kitchen. They do not have a kitchen in Jenkins Hall so you have to wash your fruit and dishes in the bathroom that is shared with 16 other people and not even cleaned on weekend. So they are willing to risk the health of their students ie feces and food just do not mix.
Requested a sink to be installed, talked to housing twice, additional requests for updates on request went unanswered by the Housing department.
Water gets scalding hot then freezing cold when flushing toilet.
They promised 'special' group for 'fitness' and decision to live in this dorm instead of upgrading housing was based on this 'special' group. They never put the group together.
Basically housing department over promised and underdelivered, will not respond to repeated requests for updates. Dorms are old, gross, and inadequate.
Wi Fi does not work in dorms
Food in cafeteria is ok, but monotonous.
Classes and instructors were good. Lots of one on one instruction when needed. Small clases. Class rooms were adequate to good.
Have a grant to improve class rooms.
Town small, not much to do.
Not much school spirit.
