Location location location! We have stayed here twice and both were excellent. Both were for events at The Shoe and you can’t beat being able to walk right over. Rooms are clean and have a great layout. Easy and secure parking at no additional cost. Check in friendly and accommodating. Yes, smaller than a typical hotel room but lots of bang for your buck!

I needed a last minute place to stay in Columbus after an abrupt change in plans. I called The Urban and much to my delight was able to make a reservation with a late night check in. I arrived to a friendly face at the front desk, was able to park in the on-site garage, and found a welcoming room when I opened the door. It was a short stay, but fantastic. There was even an espresso machine in the room to get me going in the morning! Can’t say enough good things about this place.

I often have to come to Columbus for work and my youngest son lives at the Urban. I have had such wonderful experiences there. Not only are the front office help kind, polite and very willing to assist you in any way, Jared, who I deal with quite a bit is an outstanding leader. He is quick to respond to any issue and creates an environment that is welcoming, safe and fun.

Great location. Room was small but laid out well. Loved having fridge and microwave. Nice fitness room. Wish weather was nicer would have used the courtyard and pool

I took my 16 year old daughter to CBUS for a weekend getaway and stayed at The Urban. We had a great time and enjoyed the hotel. Yes, the rooms are small but comfortable. I appreciated the espresso machine in the room. It’s well decorated and has a good vibe. There are also quite a few perks in the hotel such as a hot tub, hammock, gym, game room, plenty of shared kitchens and space to relax outside of the room. The staff were friendly. Having a parking garage was also nice.
