I was sent a picture of the bus we would be utilizing upon booking. Fast forward to the day of our trip, and the driver arrives late and with a smaller bus. A few of us had to stand the entire trip, as well as sit on the floor. The driver would not leave until we paid the remaining balance, and had no answers as to why we had a smaller bus. I wish they communicated the change of bus in advance so I had time to plan another method of transportation.
They claim the bus fit the amount of people we had, however that was clearly not the case. Christen/Kristen, who reserved the bus for us, was not helpful, and offered no resolution to the situation. She asked if anyone in our group was on the “larger side” and if that was the reason we didn’t fit. To answer her question, NO. But who asks that, and why does they make a difference?!
The driver, Chris, was extremely rude, and neither of them sympathetic to the fact that they crammed 29 of us into a 25 passenger bus, with broken AC and trash not cleaned up from the party before. The driver said the bus supposedly fit 33 if people sat in the front. WHO SITS IN THE FRONT OF A PARTY BUS?! Lies after lies after lies.

This company was amazing! Both times the drivers were ready early, but also, they were so polite and helpful! Our driver from the airport (Brian) provided great conversation and helpful tips in regards to our safety. We had an early morning pick up back to the airport and Remy was awesome! He made sure we were safely in the car before loading our bags. I would definitely choose this company again!

Vegas All Night was exceptional. I absolutely loved their professionalism, fairness, and punctuality. We were running late (Bridal party always is) and they were able to make quick changes in the vehicles order of departure. They were quick to respond when we had questions and kept us in the know of when our drivers were on their way and arrived. Yes, drivers. We had 4 vehicles and 4 different drivers. Each one was charming and willing to ignore our excitement and singing during our 30 minute trips. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all of your Las Vegas needs.

Kristie was absolutely amazing! She was super accommodating to some last minute changes, and gave us the best tips for how to take the iconic pictures we wanted. Deff recommend for the best time in Vegas!
