I give the customer service a 5 star, but the cheese cake I had higher hopes for I ordered the strawberry swirl for my daughter b-day but from driving straight to my moms house to sing and cut it . it started to melt and fall apart like it had been frozen . And the taste of a fresh cheese cake was not there but when i asked if it was freshly made the response was yes. needless to say I wasn't impressed for what I paid by far.. . Don't know if I will return

We chose The Underground Cheesecake Company to do our wedding cake(s). Best decision ever! Our wedding cake and dessert cakes not only looked amazing and exceeded our expectations but they tasted fantastic! Jennifer is so talented and friendly. It was a pleasure working with her through the tastings and the planning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality cakes and a friendly staff!

My 14 year old daughter stats the following "the service was great, the people were helpful in working with us, due to our food allergies. The frozen chocolate covered chocolate cheesecake on a stick was by far the best thing I have ever tasted! The only thing that would make it better was if I could have gotten it last night after dinner when I wanted it, but their hours really stink, they close at 3 pm on Saturdays, and 5:30 on weekdays. Overall, I was very impressed, just wish they had better hours".
