Food is scrumptious. Their pizza is fantastic and we get it about once a month. Tonight we had spaghetti and sausages. Also we had lasagna which had to come from Italy.Everyone should try them!!!!Yum,Yum😏
Normally a good place to go or carry out. This last me and family stopped in on a weekday (about 11/29/17) for a late breakfast my omelette came to me as a folded over frittata (to simplify the vegetable ingredients with some of the meat of my omelette where stirred into the eggs then set) then some meat and cheese inside the fold. On top of my omelette - two triangles of American cheese. Not the light, fluffy, or experienced hand I expect from anyone I've seen cooking at Rico's. When I asked my waitress if the chef was new I was informed that this was there regular morning chef. I then asked if there had been an issue in the kitchen when making the omelette and was told that this was the new normal for the chef because it was faster. If I wanted a frittata I would have ordered one! Pic posted
I'm not sure what happened, but the food in the past 4 months has changed a lot. Used to love the stuffed hash browns. Not worth the drive for me anymore. Hopefully things get better.
Such a great experience! Honestly wouldn't have looked twice while driving past to stop in, big mistake! We stopped in for pizza and a few beers for our first time. The beer selection was on point and the pizza was amazing! We had a pan pizza and a Caesar salad. Large portions and very tasty! The waitstaff and owners were so friendly and very accommodating. We ended up coming back Sunday for their buffet as Bloody Mary's. The buffet was not your average crappy runny eggs. It was very well prepared and had quite the spread. Quality as quantity. Bloody Mary's were on special:) we will be coming back!
Very good food!! The staff and owners are professional and make a great experience!! Would definitely recommend!! I've tried multiple menu items and enjoyed them all!!
Go for the German food specials when they are available. They are very well executed. This place is very 'up north', a little dated in both decor and menu, but the food and service are consistently good.
Had their Chicago "deep dish" pizza and garlic bread appetizer. The pizza was not real Chicago deep dish, more of a thick crust pan. With that being said it was really good!!!. The ingerdients and flavors were super tasty. The service was ok, forgot a topping. Overall a really good local place for pizza. I would def go back. Didn't try the burger but they looked delicious.
The Friday all-you-can-eat fish was delicious and the service was great! Fish served on a cedar plank was unique as well. Will definitely be back again.
As usual the best breakfast in town. The omelettes are to die for. Keep it up guys you're doing a great job!
"Good food at a good price and great service I suggest stopping"
Good food at a fair price. A local tradition for 30 years.
Nothing fancy, but good people and good bar food and general dining.
While the food is delicious, the eggs, meats & gravy on the buffet were room temperature at best. If you like cold eggs, this is the place! When we told wait staff, they relayed info to the kitchen. Cook came out & stirred everything & said it was fine. Still cold. Stick with the pastries & bread pudding, or order off the menu.
