Check your prices with another garage.they will possibly over charge.

I call, they tell me they can get me in right a way for an oil change. I drive 10 min there, and then they say there is an hour wait. Half their bays were empty.

I'm from out of town and on a time crunch for work. Don't make false promises.

Not very happy with my experience. I got charged $306.00 for two tires bought through them to be mounted and balanced on my wheels (loose wheels, not on car). The only tires they could get for me for a lower price would be 109.99 each. After that I went home checked their website for the tires & their website says these tires only cost 68.99 and not 109.99 (Fuzion UHP). Be careful these people will adjust the price on stuff and screw you over. I suggest buying your tires online at Discount Tire Direct (low prices & free shipping). Basically they stole $82 from me.

My wife went in for an oil change and they talked her into "premium wipers" for $44 bucks installed. I could have bought them across the street for $17. That 100% markup plus they charged to install them. Stay away from these guys.

We were coming from Gainesville to Fort Myers on Mother's Day 2017. We were moving a friends mom down. Our cargo trailer got a flat on I75 then, if that wasn't enough mom's car wouldn't start. The starter went out. So here we are with 3 children and Elderly lady on oxygen stuck on I 75 on the side of the road on a Sunday at that. Sunday everyone is closed and or closing early. With the help of AAA we called Tires Choice and I spoke to Jason. It was 445pm On Mothers Day/Sunday. I asked Jason if he could help just with our trailer tire. He said bring it. Not only did he help after hours with the tires he and Mike went ahead and even helped get Momma's starter in her car so we could finish our trip home and not be stuck in a hotel somewhere. Words can not explain how grateful we were. Out of all the calls I made for help, Jason and Mike were the only ones that understood the stress we were in. they stay after hours just to help us out. God Bless them. Thank You again Jason and Mike for paying it forward.

I was a little concerned, based on the online reviews. However, Kevin and Jason were very professional, friendly, and prompt.
I special-ordered two rear tires for my M3. I got a nail in a tire but they needed to be replaced anyway.
Their price was very competitive with other local big-box retailers. The tires arrived in only two days and they fit me into the schedule within an hour.
Very happy and I will use them again.

Talked a handicapped 74 yr. old retired woman, on a fixed income, into buying tires that are illegal for golf carts which shook so badly and kicked water up onto the fuse box which shorted out all lights, etc. and woman had to replace the $700+ new tires. Also, management here likes to intimidate and exert control over women. Stay away from this place. I don't know why they're still in business? They're crooks and management is a bully and that's putting it nicely.
