This is by far one of the best dealerships I’ve ever been in. All of the staff were extremely kind. The negotiating & buying process was very painless. It was a 2 hour drive for me to get there, but it was very well worth the trip. We got a beautiful car for a great value, some goodies in the end were an excellent addition too.

Bobby Watts and his team at BMW Ocala did a phenomenal job! From the start of negotiations up until driving off the lot, I was really impressed. Everything was transparent and communication was very easy.
Picking up the car is a great experience in itself. i have dealt with other BMW dealers in the past, but this dealership is extraordinary. Buying a luxury brand vehicle is highlighted and reinforced by BMW of Ocala. They need to start training other luxury dealerships how to do it right! Beside the great car selection at same place - we also experienced very friendly - relaxed and supportive BMW / Porsche - team members. During the car demonstration and complete sales process we really enjoyed every moment of that.
Final phase of the car sale - particular the takeover ceremony was unique with roses ,cakes , small presents and surrounded with all working members around the buyer - is not common in this industry .. and we thanks again to all hard working people involved - from technical, sales support - financial and managing teams . I had a wonderful experience working with, James Jupiter (sales) and Mel Hayes (finance).
In the past, purchasing a car was never a very pleasurable experience.
However, BMW of Ocala, has changed my views & expectations of how buying a car should be. (Even my kids were impressed, which is no easy feat!)
This is a dealership that genuinely cares about customer experience. As a customer, you can feel the scencerity.

My friend Can not stop talking about the great service giving to her by BMW and the manager Ron from the Bronx she calls him. She bought a 2017 x5 SUV . From sales person Bill he is wonderful she said. See you soon great job staff at BMW.

Bill sold us a amazing looking black 2017 BMW X5 SUV. We have never been treated better at a car 🚗 dealership. The whole staff was so nice to us. Everyone was also very honest and classy. From the Starbucks coffee to the amazing cookie's they gave us. The treated us like gold. Forget all the other dealerships come here first. The end was a big surprise to us and we will never forget the cake and the smiles.

I hope that they know that we're their paycheck and stop judging people. To the I'll said girl who takes care of the coffee station I'M YOUR PAYCHECK! PLEASE DON'T THINK YOU'RE BETTER THAN ME. I was going to stop at McDonald's but I was running late and the service guy told me to help myself over there. I didn't know that the ride home was going to be that quick and I wasn't going to put back or throw it out. So YES REALLY I PACKED IT UP TO TAKE WITH ME! Even if the other lady at the desk didn't see it, you sure made it known that everyone else did! So not cool! Always remember everyone coming into the store is either buying a new BMW or paying MEGA BUCKS to get a repair. So how can you make any reply to anyone coming in? If we don't come in YOU DON'T GET PAID. I put your food on your table and I don't say anything about it. Next time you need to think b4 you open your trap! If you like your JOB!

Where do I even start. I have bought 2 cars from this location and the experience has been impeccable each time. The staff and the customer service they provide is out of this world and I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a BMW. They made buying a car a magical experience, like a kid going to Disney world for the first time. Thank you BMW Of Ocala for exceeding my expectations on what buying a car should really be like.

WOW ---- from start to finish the service here is First Class ! Between Bobby running the place and " C " in customer service. And Enoch in valet whom is the BEST ! Fast and always has a smile on his face !!! Go here. Also Scott on the Porsche side is first class as well. Just A++ in customer care. Trust me I have been to Audi and Mercedes in Orlando NO ONE beats The Ocala BMW/PORSCHE team. Oh and did I add they are nice down to earth folks well they are ! And a price point for all.

I have purchased automobiles in the past, but BMW of Ocala far exceeded my expectations!! Matt, my salesman, was helpful and non pressuring. He made sure I was completely happy with my purchase (2017 BMW X1). He was so thoughtful as to text me on my Birthday, and he continuously follows up on my overall satisfaction with my car.
Mr. Ron, in the finance department went above and beyond. If I had not had the pleasure of working with these two fine gentlemen, than I am certain, I would not be as satisfied with my overall service to this day.

The most fun we've ever had buying a car. The staff was all honest, friendly, and helpful. And the X5 we bought was a great deal. The dealership, their stock, and their service are all top notch. We'd been getting our old X5 serviced there for the past two years so knew we could trust them--but they still managed to impress!

Wow, these guys are great! Bought a service loaner, an X3 (wasn't sure if I wanted an X3 or X5, I was even considering a Cayenne as they also have a Porsche dealership) and they really worked with me on the deal. I mean really worked with me. Attention to detail was fantastic from start to finish. I came from the gym, and hadn't eaten all day, and they even went to Panera and got me a salad. My salesperson, Darnell, knew that making the transaction time as short as possible was super important to me, and he did everything he could to make that happen. William, in finance, got me a great rate. Bobby Watts, the GM, is a straight shooter and true gentleman. Not a bad word to say, and I love my sweet new car!
