Beautiful historic restaurant. I've only ever stopped for quick lunches and dinners, never to be disappointed. My fave is the Boston Bibb and grilled skirt steak salad. Their burgers are delicious too! Definitely check it out.

My favorite local bar/restaurant. Professional service, dependable menu, yummy place for lunch or fancy dinner with friends. My favorite way to eat however, is at the bar. Try the burger!

I have been going to "The Tewks" for more than 40 years. It has evolved in its service and epicurean delights. Chris, the chef knows more about preparing seafood than anyone I know. The petite filet mignon, asparagus or haricovert, mashed whipped potatoes and sauteed onions for lunch is the perfect meal,. At $20,00 it is perfect. You will finish everything on your plate and be totally sated. The service is excellent and always accommodating. I recommend this restaurant highly. They should jar and sell the mussel sauce. Outstanding!!

Tried it on the way to a cheese tasting so had numerous apps. Everything was fresh and good flavors. Not going to find anything off the wall, but a good meal. Definitely worth a return trip.
