This place is not state-of-the-art. It's gulf front on one side. You can see the water depending on how high you are. Depending on who you rent from whether it be an owner or from the condominium itself determines how up-to-date your rental will be. Owners tend to keep their rental nicely up-to-date. Nice to say we really enjoyed ourselves. 4 stars because our rental was like new inside.

Great place for a couple or to Carry the family. Clean and quiet. On the beach or hanging out on the balcony is enjoyable and relaxing! Many choices of places to go for fun as well as good eating. Looking forward to going back next year!

Room 731 lacks a lot to be desired! Mold and mildew galore in bathroom. No dehumidifier in condo so condensation accumulated rapidly on everything when balcony door was open for any length of time.
The pool area was the best part of the whole place. It was clean and well kept. The Tiki Bar was also a great addition. Bikini Bob's was so-so, just don't order a Long Island Iced Tea unless you like the taste of pine-sol

Upon arrival I had issues with the room I received, however I spoke with the manager and he quickly resolved the issues. The room stayed in was very spacious, had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay. Also the view of beach from my room was soo beautiful. They have a restaurant, bar, and a small store on the property. There was a nightclub right next door. All staff I encountered were very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here, and if I come back to Panama I will stay here again.

Nasty dirty rooms. Vents not cleaned in a year. Shower curtain and grout not cleaned in a year. Found a pair of panties in the bed from previous resident. All the beds are wore out and sink. Furniture all wore out. If you like living in someone else's dirt then this is the place for you. I can't even explain to you how nasty the rooms are.

The condo we stayed in was private owned and rented. It was lovely and a great size. The gift shop had decent prices on drinks. Bar had good prices. They had a great wash station and air pump for floats. The downside was there was a lot of trash in the cans by the beach that should be cleaned faster. It made playing on the playground a bit stinky. Overall though a great place

What a terrible joke! The rooms were filthy! When we arrived after a long drive the 1st thing we did when we got in the room was kick our shoes off. The floors were sticky. The corners of every room were disgusting. There was not 1 time that we were in the room and did not see a bug or bugs crawling around. They had 2 irons, both of which were broken. The dryer didn't work. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The hotel scheduled maintenance work for the room directly over oursnot exactly the best way to unwind while on a vacation. The chairs/sofa had stains from who knows what all over them. We drove down after work the night before our reservation and stayed at a cheaper more economical hotel that was in better shape than our room at the summit. It was spacious and had potential to be very nice, but it is not very well maintained at all. Over all it was horrible for the money we spent to stay. We will NOT be going back to The Summit PCB!

Location is great and steps to the beach. Lots of good restaurants nearby and it's relatively central to most attractions. That's the positive. Negatives are a longer list. When we arrived we were greeted by quite possibly the most rude front desk, in particular Shannon. They made us feel as if we were a nuisance. There were no luggage carts available and we literally waited on an elevator for over 30 minutes to unload and load our luggage due to their being only four for a giant high-rise condominium. Also with the elevators when they would get to the ground floor they would go all the way to the top then back down instead of picking you up in the order you hit the button which made it take an extremely long time, especially in peak loading and unloading times. Needless to say we took a lot of steps. The building is old and in need of maintenance not to mention the smell of garbage wafting in the air at all times. This place is great for the budget conscious but spend a few extra bucks if you're looking for something nice.

We just spent a Great weekend in PCB at the Summit. We stayed in Condo 1025 and WOOOOW!!!
This condo is Beautiful and completely top notch!!! If your looking for a relaxing week/weekend away at the beach, look no further!! Be sure to ask about 1025!!!
Just booked a Great room 717 for a getaway in June

This place was awful, rooms were not clean, slide for did not lock, didn't feel safe, make you pay extra for cleaning and tell you have to empty your trash before you leave. Horrible place to stay.

First floor is amazing. Pools were great. Fantastic access to the pools and beach. Security made us feel safe. Bikini Bobs had the sweetest people working there. Can't speak to the spring break crowd but it was perfect two weeks after!

Great place to stay, the best views and location! The only thing is the cleaning fee We basically cleaned the rooms ourselves and took the trash out. Other than that, everything was on point. Will book here again.

1st of all I was not expecting our 3 bedroom suite to look the way it did, but I was thoroughly impressed!! I loved that it was fully furnished with everything we needed (except food, booze, and an iron), and a beachfront view! We were under the impression that there's an indoor pool on site, but there isn't - just a jacuzzi. But the two jacuzzis in front of Bikini Bob's made up for that. WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE RETURNING SOON!
