  Next to the Plaza hotel this is one remaining old hotels in this area that stood all the way. Almost every part of New York City has change through out the history but this for some reason stayed the way it was almost century ago. Breathtaking high rise hotel giving as a small glance of this city's history.

  The staff was fantastic, we left this afternoon at 1:30 pm. The desk attendant offerered some bottles of water for us for trip back home. It was nice having an attendant at the elevator and at the front door. Thank you

  This property is an amazing experience. The staff is attentive, the rooms impeccable, and the service is amazing. We had a suite on the second floor with a view of the Apple store and Fifth Avenue. True luxury is watching all the activity but not hearing any of it due to their incredible insulation on windows. The location is phenomenal and the only place to stay in NY.

  This is a wonderful hotel with great attention paid to each guest. The suite was perfect with everything necessary for a thoroughly enjoyable stay in the heart of Manhattan. Right across from Central Park and within walking distance of great restaurants, bars and shops as well as Broadway shows.

  “Great experience with every staff person”
  The best location for our Christmas stay. Immaculate reception area, hallways, elevators and the suite. Personal interactions with each hotel employee was the best in many years of traveling. Special recognition to housekeeping, Jacqueline in Customer Service, and to Reggie and Stefan at the front desk.

  This was our first time at the Sherry and we hope to come back often. Everything was absolutely perfect. Check in with Tammy was smooth and efficient. She was very friendly and helpful while remaining professional. The lobby is gorgeous. Our room was beautiful and spacious overlooking Central Park. It was one of the nicest rooms that we have had,
