Roomy rooms, residential, quiet area, polite, helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again. Stay is for work. Many restaurants and markets in the area. I stayed I a room with kitchen. Room cleaned daily. Room with couch, desk, 2 beds. Would work great for a longer stay.

Overrated and overpriced! We were charged for Facilities/Resort fee - there is no even a Cafeteria or Bar at this place!! Pay one or two hundred more and you will have a real nice hotel nearby , just google it

Like apartment; full kitchen, separate bed, bath and LR. Cleaning staff very nice. All hotel desk service just fair. Two full grocery stores at the corner block. Good food and shopping for blocks and only 2 blocks to Central Park. Great for families.

This is my first trip to the United States trip, after a long flight, we are tired! After arriving at the hotel at 9 o'clock in the morning, the room was not ready, we can only go to Central Park to wait until 1:00 back to the hotel, the front desk staff Justin said the room was not good, let us continue to wait, but when they put the lounge Closed, and even in the small lobby, even a seat are not! We can only go elsewhere and wait for the room! We did not feel the front desk is friendly, helpful! Hotel location is very good! The hotel manager is very good, he helped us for the room, but also to thank the hotel room attendant, gave us a lot of help!

We stayed over the weekend. They had great service very accommodating. We were here to see my grandfather in Sloan Kettering they gave us time to get our stuff together let us transfer rooms. Great experience. Uploaded photos from the 13th floor penthouse suit.

Close enough to walk to Central Park, museums, and Times Square but tucked away in a much quieter corner of Manhattan. We enjoyed our stay here while my husband was staying through the weekend on business. Nothing fancy or flashy, just middle of the road, clean, very spacious room at a good price.

This hotel is a nice environment to be in. This hotel has a kitchenette. And there is a small airport nearby, which makes it a little loud but the wall is well insulated. It would have been better if they served breakfast.

Clean and large comfortable rooms, friendly customer service. Bikes to ride around town. Awesome location, short walk from Central Park. Hard to beat for the price. Hallways to the rooms didn't seem as clean; but none of it affected the rooms.
