I would give them 0 stars. They took $2200 of our deposit when we left to fix 3 years worth of slight wearit should have Maybe been $200 for a deeper cleaning even tho it was clean..do not lease from them!

Jan Bell went above and beyond to help us find the home that we wanted. As first-time home buyers, she was patient with us and was careful to make sure we understood every step of the process. She was never forceful and seemed pleased to help us find the perfect home that WE wanted. She was also quick to respond to our questions and provided us with ample information. She also worked to get us the best deal possible. We were thrilled to have worked with her and are extremely pleased with our new home. I couldn't recommend a better realtor in the Midland area.
