It was nice. The rooms were spacious and tidy. Nice pool and people.
This hotel has been closed since September 2017, more precisely after the hurricane. Unfortunately, they still have their website and people are still trying to reserve rooms.
It was a very nice and clean hotel with an amazing staff. I hope they will back soon, I'll keep you informed. For now, don't waste your time trying to book a room at this location. Happy Holidays.
Went there to drink with couple of friends. Very over priced. I guess i am not about that rich life. Staff were very friendly.
Like a Ritz Carlton around the Globe this is a special one. Its outstanding locatiin on the heart of south beach. Amazing rooms and a service is real fast. A Food also delicious and a pool is heated. In front of the ocean right on the sand no meed to cross streets.
Horrible customer service from the front desk! They were out of the room I booked and tried to put us in one a lot less than what we had paid for. No mention of a discount or refund to accommodate the price difference. When we asked for other options we were told there were none at the time.
We spoke to Guest Services who took care of the issue which makes the front desk experience even more peculiar. I wish I could give separate ratings for each department, but just be warned some of the staff may be condescending and not take customer service very seriously.
The rooms were okay and could use a bit of renovation and the rest of the service in the hotel was hit or miss. If you’re looking for a luxury hotel, I would not recommend this one.
We had a reservation for this hotel. Arrived at the hotel and informed that they were closed for remodeling. The person was rude when I asked for more information. It would have been nice if they would have informed guests with reservations about this closure.
Awful Customer Service! If I could leave a rating of ZERO I would. My wife and I planned an anniversary trip for one night as a part of a larger weekend getaway with friends. I've spent over an hour on the phone trying to cancel my reservation as Irma, a Category 5 Hurricane, is headed to the area, the governor has declared Florida in a State of Emergency, and oh by the way the pool is closed for renovations which wasn't disclosed at the time of booking. The hotel has repeatedly tried to tell me I can't cancel because Miami-Dade County hasn't declared anything. Since when does the Ritz-Carlton supersede the Governor. This company is supposed to be known for customer service, but you failed today on every end. Thanks for asking me to risk my life, my wife's life, and the security of our children.
Sincerely,

The best hotel I have ever been to in South Beach. The rooms are luxurious, well worth the price. Now it is a resort hotel so be prepared to pay for it, with you having to pay for the amenities. They have everything you could possibly want there, restaurants, pool, and bar. You are well attended to while you are there with towel service and excellent customer service. This is the go-to place in South Beach if you want to have a nice relaxing vacation with only a few blocks away from the party scene or from excellent eats.
Wow. Where do I begin? I have been traveling and facilitating conferences for over 12 years. Ritz-Carlton South Beach is by far the best experience I've ever had. The staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating. I'm actually still here and do not want to leave! If you're considering a conference or just a vacation, I can't emphasize enough how much I recommend this hotel. Excellent!
Had an amazing stay this weekend and hung around the pool the entire time. Supermarket around the corner is also a added benefit. And the sushi they make and sell is even better. Just make sure you get the nice and early when everything is still worm and fresh 🍣
Totally enjoying my stay here. Thanks Juan for the excellent service at the front desk. The staff here are amongst the best you would find anywhere. This is my first time at the Ritz, but I'll definitely come back. If you're thinking of coming to South Beach for a few days, this is a great hotel I recommend The Ritz-Carlton.
Really good service all around. Check-in was a bit of a cluster but they brought out champagne to those stuck in line behind some difficult customers and everything was better. My room was clean and inviting. I would recommend this hotel to friends.
What's not to love. Surrounded by beautiful water sand and sun. This hotel is top notch. The views are to due for. Will definitely stay again.
