Used to go to Quarter for years. It has been one of my favorite places. Nice atmosphere and great food. Today's visit, however, was disappointing. Menu has changed somewhat and prices went up. I was there with a group of 5 and none of us came out happy with the food. Food was just ok, not justifying the price or the tradition of the Quarter.
I love the Quarter Bistro. Best Sunday buffet in town. Their food is always good, the atmosphere lively and attractive. Try the lamb chops, my favorite.
Great food and beverage options as well as a wonderful ambiance! Furthermore, this is a trustworthy place. I left my expensive rayban sunglasses and the manager was kind enough to hold them for me until I picked them up.
Nice variety of foods to choose from .
Perfect blend of breakfast choices and lunch choices.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good place for brunch.
The price was a little steep at $22.00 a person though.
We go here for Sunday Brunch every time we visit our family from the U.K. It’s great value for money, and there are some first class choices, along with a range of well cooked dishes and desserts. Our favourites are the fresh oysters and shrimps, together with rare roast beef.
Love, love, love. Our go to dinner spot where you can rely on getting seated quickly and great, consistent food, with superior service, at a fair price. New Orleans themed food, plus good standard dishes.
Came here from Buda, TX with my hubby for our 5th year anniversary just passing through for dinner. The food was delicious! Excellent atmosphere. Excellent variety of food. Had 1/2 off wine too. 😉
The Quarter Bistro is our favorite neighborhood bar and restaurant. Great happy hour specials and very good food! Shianne is such a great wait person! She takes very good care of us when we come to happy hour in the bar. It's sad when she's not here.
Had a wonderful going away party for a family member here. The staff called me the day before and adjusted the time for our schedule. Food was great for kids and adults alike. Really nice. I'm here again today having a light but yummy lunch. Grilled cheese with Feta? Yum-oh and terrific French onion soup!!
Always a pleasure coming here with great food and very attentive staff.
Quarter Bistro for as long as they have been open, are a total hit or miss. The food can be wonderful, or mediocre. It's a bit too expensive to not be consistent in my opinion. The seafood gumbo is very yummy! I always like that. And the eggplant parm is always good.
Never get food to go from here though, they always give you too long a time until it's ready and then when you get there (within the time they suggest) it's been sitting out and gotten cold.
The brunch is really good. Pricey, but it's an all you can eat brunch with a LOT of options, so not sure why people expect it to be super affordable. Plus it is buffet style so not everything is going to be in pristine condition. But they do keep an eye on everything and try to keep the heat trays fresh and full.
Service is almost always very good so I think they are trained well. I think the kitchen/line cooks are the main issue from what I've experienced.
The service was fantastic! My glass was never empty. The food was good. There are sections that are more cozy than others but there were several screaming smaller children seated in the main area near the front doors and around many other guests and diners.
A big thank you to Bill, the manager at Quarter Bistro and Tavern in Ann Arbor. I met some friends for lunch a couple of weeks ago, and discovered I had lost a gold earring when I got home. After searching everywhere, I called the restaurant, and to my surprise, it had been found. Bill volunteered to mail it to me, certified mail. For some reason, the first time he mailed it, it didn't get delivered and was returned to him. He went to the post office again, and the earring arrived today. Bill even offered to drop it off at my house. I certainly appreciate all of his efforts. Quarter Bistro has earned my loyalty as a customer, and I hope they know what a wonderful manager they have.
Ok, rating this on it's happy hour alone. Fantastic $5 appetizers and always a good beer selection. Wine and mixed drinks also reduced at happy hour.
This was a great experience. We were at a wedding in Ann Arbor, and stopped here for drinks between the ceremony and the reception. Great classy feel on the inside, with a New Orleans vibe. Good food and good drinks with great service.
I came here with my parents and paternal grandmother. We were blessed with a friendly manager and server when we found our table. I ordered the alligator and the fresh mozzarella salad, and both were delightful. I'm glad the alligator was mild, not spicy. My grandmother fussed a lot about the prices, which is her norm, but she remarked on how huge her hamburger was. She could eat half of it, and save the other half. Mom also liked the hamburger, and she thought it was extraordinary. My dad had the catfish.
