We eat at Anita's whenever we can. It is around the corner from the ferry dock for the ferry that crosses the St. Clair River from Sombra so it's very handy for us. The pizza is delicious - our favorite crust is the hand tossed parmesan. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. And the river view is gorgeous.

Great food, but for the prices the quantity does not add up so much, otherwise pleasant atmosphere and great staff

Nice place to relax, enjoy the river, and have some good food. Pizza and nachos are great. Staff is friendly and food is served quickly.

If you do not mind terrible service the food was excellent. I am from out of town and read some good reviews, so why not try it. First, after being seating and reviewing my entire health insurance packet I decided that I needed to actually go ask someone if I could get something to drink. The crazy part was that a waitress was standing and hanging out with some locals for about 15 minutes no more than 8 feet away from me.
Second, after I received my food I had to actually request a plate and napkins. It was pizza after all. So they brought me a plate and the small bar napkins that you set drinks on.
Third, I finished eating and sat another 20 minutes before anyone stopped by to check on me. I asked for a box and the check. 10 minutes later the box finally arrived.
Lastly, In the time I was there people were actually laughing because the wait staff continued to try to deliver incorrect food to tables or forget to bring it at all. They attempted to give me fried pickles, which I did not even notice on the menu. Several times pizzas were delivered to the incorrect tables.
This was by far the most poorly managed/ organized restaurant I've ever been in.
To end on something positive. The employees were polite and smiling. With some training and leadership it could have been a place I look forward to visiting every time I'm in town.

Been here 4 times, and 2 of the times our service was so awful (with young waitresses) that the first time we got our bill completely free. Mind you, we are respectable and give the benefit of the doubt and try to understand that they are just busy. But this last time (will be our last time dining in at least) we had a table of 6 and all 5 meals were brought out without even acknowledging the 6th one, I had to ask her about it. She didn't even put it in, an older man brought it out to us 10-15 minutes later and we asked him for a to go box because we had already finished our meals. He took it off our bill and apologized but didn't seem very sincere. Oh and the order was wrong when we got it home! The food there is very good but the wait staff needs a LOT of work. The young lady waiting on us seemed to have an attitude with us when we cut our dining experience short and asked for boxes and bills. Since the food is good we may order it for take-out in the future, but there are other restaurants in Marine City that are just as good and with good service, too!

Great pizza and pretty good all around menu. The nachos seem to be the flagship fare, and rightfully so. Every time we've been there the service has been prompt and friendly. A great anchor establishment for the downtown Marine City revival.

Monday is special - - ALL pizzas are $8.50, you must order a drink, per person for that special. Get there early or you'll be on a wait list. There are three seating area's, plus at the bar. On a nice day you can sit on the patio and watch the boats cruising. Fun and energy will help the food go Down. Not for the picky person, who wants to grade everything but for those who want to be on the water and enjoy the moment(s).

Nice place. I never had noticed it before. If you are from Canada, you can ride the ferry over. It is only a block or two from the ferry. Canadian money at par. We just had nachos and a couple of beers but the nachos were good.
update. Canadian money is no longer at par but the food is great and on Monday's they have 1/2 price pizza and the pizza is hard to beat.

Great subs, pretty good beer selection, and always friendly staff. You can't go wrong for a small town riverfront pub. You can even sit out back for a great view of the river.

We stopped in for dinner on our way home from Marysville. Old building, but clean and bright. Jody(?) our waitress was great and lots of fun. Explained all of the specials and took the time to answer questions about the menu. My sister-in-law got the surf and turf. But the steak had a big chunk of fat running through the middle. We showed it to Jody, and her manager (Tina) came by and swooped it up and replaced it very quickly. This one was great according to Sal. I got the AYCE fish and chips, great. Sher got the pizza and loved it. We even hit big on KENO. We plan on returning when its warmer to sit on the river deck.

I'll make this short and sweet was sat on the deck immediately with no wait right by the door where the servers come in and out was completely ignored for 10 min went inside to the bar and grabbed two drinks bar tender was attentive and knew her stuff. She made a good recommendation and it was perfect returned outside and drank a whole beer and stared at the water not a single server asked if I needed anything or cared that I was there. Great place if you want to be ignored or left alone. Oh and this is the second time this has happened, thought the first time was a fluke will not return
