Great place to take a break or take in views of the spectacular mountains. Or go into the library and study directly underneath the quad in one of the biggest study areas on campus.

Great for people watching, but not much else as there are few benches, the field isn't big enough to play sports, and during the school year it is a very busy area with students walking to class. It is beautifully maintained however, and has some shady spots to relax in the grass if you want.

This is a pretty nice place to hang out. You won't want to come here during passing time (from 50 minutes to the start of the hour between 8 AM and 4 PM on weekdays) unless you want people to be all over you. There's a nice view of lots of buildings and the Y. You can hear the carillon play. Maybe you'll run into a friend.
