Great BnB. The breakfast spread is delicious and the views are very rare for the area. Would be a full 5 stars if the showers could be upgraded a bit. We have a studio room and the shower was a very tight stand-up shower with weak water pressure. Otherwise everything was perfect! The area included parking which was a few min walk down the road.

Very nice B&B in Newport. Great location within easy walk to the wharf and historic areas. Rooms are well kept and every one at the Inn easy very friendly. Beautiful view from the 3rd floor deck. I'd highly recommend it.

The ambience and beauty of this classic home are impossible to ignore. Unfortunately, the actual accommodations aren't up to the rest of the experience. The bed we slept on caused me the worst night's sleep and the worst back pain I've had in years. The beautiful deck is a wonderful place to sit and relax and have breakfast, but that breakfast is largely carbs in the form of pastries and bagels. The innkeepers were as nice and as accommodating as one could ever wish for, but unfortunately, my lasting memory will be of the mediocre bed.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pilgrim House Inn. The B&B owners went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Our room was beautiful and very clean, the breakfast provided to us was superb. We will be back again.

I stayed in room 12. It is a great location. Walking distance to thames street. They were very nice. The roof deck was awesome.

I have stayed here twice, several years apart and I just LOVE the place. The location is perfect, rooms are cozy, clean and immaculately cleaned each day. Breakfast is wonderful on the roof deck overlooking the Bay and a gorgeous place to see the sunset in the evening. The owners are friendly and I can't wait to go back. Newport is an extraordinary place and staying at The Pilgrim House Inn makes the visit even more wonderful. Highly recommend any time of the year.
