No matter what time year always pleasure spend time see sights nearby, enjoy eateries, hike cliff walk and just simply take time rest , read and spemd time with family and friends

Great harbor views ! Friendly staff! (***See update***) Very modern yet homey furnishings. There is also parking The one downside is there is no gym or pool. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. They do offer day passes to the local YMCA. If you are here you are most likely on vacation so who cares about fitness Use that time to check out some of the local eateries that are in in walking distance to this location. Lots to chose from!
***************************************************************** Update!!! **************************************** was just treated very rudely about parking in the same spot we have been parking in since we checked in 3 days ago by "Dee from santa Monica". She rudely told is the we were were parked in a fire lane when clearly we we not done parking our car in the legal spot that we have used since check in after words were exchanged she clearly muttered F*#k you Whether I was right or wrong we do NOT expect to be treated this way as an owner of this time share !!! This five star rating just went to a one star purely because of my Interaction with this woman Stay here if it is your right to as a time share owner at this property but do not expect any type of customer service from "Dee from santa Monica". Attention Wyndham we as customers expect better service than what this "Dee" is offering, please fix this. Others. If you have the option of trading your weeks for another place then do it. This is the first time we have been treated so poorly at any Wyndham time share properties. Please note the other desk staff was very friendly but this "Dee" totally ruined it.response / report this review -

Mouse infestation. The maintenance man said the entire building has mice due to the restaurant downstairs. He put down the most cruel type of traps. The sticky tape ones that very slowly kills the animal.
The Wyndham website stated that they have a swimming pool and exercise room, but they don't. They will give you a voucher for the YMCA 3 miles away. But there is a big difference between an on-site pool and one 3 miles away.
They are resurfacing the parking lot. So there are only a few parking spots, and some people must walk from another Wyndham building. That's not bad, but the fumes from the resurfacing makes us nauseous anytime we leave our unit.response / report this review -

Very nice quiet condo with pleasant to stunning views. No dishwasher or icemaker but ice is available at the free laundry room. Also I could stand for it to get cooler in the bedroom. I like it a lot.

Its not bad but its kind of small and it doesn't have things that other places have such as a pool, sauna, or exercise rooms. It is clean and some rooms are renevated.

Well done remodel. The rooms have been remodeled and we're done well. The location is great, but parking lot spaces are a tight fit. Very friendly staff too

Great location & great views from our room.the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. There's a little known roof deck that provides great views of all of Newport. The recently remodeled and updated rooms are quite nice. We would certainly consider this for our next visit to Newport. Had a small problem with housekeeping - didn't have sheets for the sofa bed and it took three tries and one hour to get them.
