Great food. We had smoked burgers and pulled pork sandwiches. Good beer selection. Rustic but clean. Pool table and music on weekends.

A great bar out in the middle of nowhere except for a few cabins nearby! Great service! Live bands and reasonable prices and the food looked good. At night the stars are amazing!

Always great to stop here, summer, winter, fall or spring when we are near Kamas or going up the Mirror Lake Highway in Summer. Would really love to have an Electric Car Charge Station (or even just a 110V outlet) outside to charge an Electric Car! People would stay for even more time and buy more Nachos anyway.

Best burgers ever, amazingly delicious beef. Cool local and visitor hang out. No cell service here is relaxing.

Great beer selection and food was really good! Excellent portion sized to especially if you're sharing. Took one star away for seating. The patio outside was nice, but had a section closed off for no apparent reason and made the rest of the patio cluttered.

I used to live in Utah and knew Notch for years. I stopped in two weeks ago and was surprised how it had improved, I did have food but intended to come back. I stopped in Sunday afternoon and there was a long haired bartender who took 15 minutes just to get me a beer. He acted stoned and confused. I ordered a burger from him and waited a half hour. I saw food going outside to people that got there after me. I asked confused about my order and he said he forgot to turn it in. Won't be back!

Hands-down best burger I've ever had! We came in on Labor Day for lunch, and it was pretty busy. But the bartender was working hard and got us in and out pretty quick! A little pricey, but worth it on occasion.

We LOVE the Notch! Awesome food and a great selection of beers. Definitely out of the way place, however it has a character second to none. The staff is nothing short of awesome. This is a fun place to go day or night. Great crowd and friendly atmosphere. For those coming from outside the Kamas area, Samak is somewhat "remote", however the scenic ride to get there is well worth it.

Go and meet some cool people! The pork sandwich was loaded with meat and super delicious. Loved the vibe in this small town bar.
