Stayed here with husband and our children in room 3 with the bunk beds. We arrived late at night, but the lady at the front desk was great, and told us that we might want to double back towards the Canada border again because we missed some great views while travelling in the dark on that windy woodsy road! The view was nice from our room and it was very clean and cozy. All the kids loved it here too. The kitchen was also convenient in the room for breakfast and I have no complaints at all. It's not much to look at from outside, but inside feels like a chalet or lodge. If we travel here again, we're staying here!

You can't get much better than the Mountain View Motel! Stayed there last year and returned this year because the service is very friendly and super accommodating, prices are the most reasonable near sugarloaf and the rooms are always clean and very homey. This trip we stayed in room 5 which has two bedrooms, a full kitchen and livingroom, the price was the same(actually annoy less) than a room at the Sugarloaf Hotel. We were extremely comfortable, had everything we needed for cooking a big family dinner and breakfast. The let us check in early so we could put our daughter down for her nap. We also saw tons of deer(to the delight of our toddler)! I would recommend the Mountain View to anyone who is looking for a peaceful (affordable) getaway to the Sugarloaf area.

Three of us stayed 1 night in unit 6. Really comfortable, affordable and met all of our needs. We were just passing through on our way East and the Mountain View was ideal - right on route. Really a no frills kinda place, but very clean and comfortable. So perfect for us. Would certainly recommend!

This is the best place, I brought my 8 year old son for the first time. My brothers have been coming up here for a few years and recommended it. We all stayed this year and it was the best first hunting experience for my son we could have asked for. The motel was very clean and friendly, the owners were super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for your hospitality.

Very clean and comfortable! Room included a kitchenette and even locally made coffee for in room coffee maker. Much better than all the town options.
