  Went to the BMC restaurant 4 times this winter. We go for the prime rib, which is very good. They ran out of prime rib 2 of the 4 times that we went. I wouldn’t mind but we got there around 7:30 on both of the nights that they ran out. The service and atmosphere was great but it may be time to move on. I heard that the former chef opened his own place and he serves great prime rib.

  Food had lumberjack proportions and it was very good. There was plenty of room even on a Saturday and the views made the trip over well worth it keep up the good work

  This place was amazing! The cabin was cozy and comfy and right on the water. The people at camp and around town were respectful and enjoyable. We will definitely be back again.

  Beautiful place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice cabins for a weekend getaway. They serve good food right on site and bar is available. It's a remote getaway with all the comforts of home. Highly recommended

  We have been coming to Oquossoc my entire life and have a camp right down the lake from Bald Mountain Camps. BMC even catered our wedding!! The Philbrick family run a top notch operation!! We never miss a summer!!!

  Every accommodation you can think of. The owner is involved with every customer. Even in the dead of winter, most comfortable place to stay. Old rustic cabins with lake front and modern comfort.

  Best fish and chips I've had in years. Incredible, generous portion of tender Haddock, crisp delicious batter. The salsa and chips were also perfect.
  Amazing view, overlooking the lake. Gorgeous furnishings within the restaurant. They were very accommodating with replacing one of our meals, which we incorrectly placed - our fault (this was a pleasant sign of a professional establishment).
  I was really hoping to leave with a 5-star rating experience, but our waitress fumbled, consistently.
  The restaurant was empty, we were one of the 3 occupied tables.
  Long wait for the drinks. I had to order my beer twice, and it never came. Into my meal, I finally pulled another tables' waitress aside, and she managed to quickly fetch the remaining drinks.
  Never recieved sugar for the iced tea for one of the members at our table (with several reminders).
  The grand finale: we had two separate, clearly marked server books. When the waitress returned, the amounts charged to the two cards were switched. We had to pay for the other half of our party, and vice versa.
