Pleasant Street Inn is just right for a Maine experience.
The Inn is gracious and comfortable with family antiques and up to date amenities.
Great breakfast --as in eat too much breakfast.
Rob and Janet are knowledgeable about the area from where to eat to where to buy to where to fish and hunt. They know all that goes on in Rangeley and more.
All this sounds good but the best part is Rob and Janet.
They are nice welcoming generous people.
Perfect hosts.

The Pleasant Street Inn was the first stop on our Maine Honeymoon. Staying with Rob and Jan is like staying with family. They brought us into their spotlessly clean home, cooked amazing breakfasts, and even allowed us to come to their private camp on Rangeley Lake to canoe for the day. They know of all the best kept secrets. We saw moose, took a seaplane ride to dinner, and explored the countryside from the seat of a helicopter. Rangeley is a beautiful place and a must see if you're in Maine. We'll be back!

A good B&B is hard to beat but this one is exceptional. Here we found exceptional attention given to every detail imaginable in décor, our bedroom, bathroom, large cozy common areas, drinks…and then there was breakfast. The breakfast would put many 4-star restaurants to shame. The breakfast was not exceptional – it was outstanding! However, the best experience were our hosts – Rob and Jan who gave us a warm welcome, helpful and detailed advice on everything imaginable in Rangeley and really opened their home to us travelers. We felt more like personal friends and not paying guests! Highly Recommended!
