THIS IS IMPORTANT: If you choose to visit this doctor go to Dr. Herzog. She is the only really great doctor I’ve seen here. I’ve seen many but I can’t recall the names of the two that were horrible. Around 6 I started gaining weight, and I had the same diet except my mom took out apple juice being concerned it was the problem. However we still don’t know what the problem is. Around 12-13 years old I visited this doctor concerning the issue once again. I had one doctor here tell me (a CHILD at the time who would make herself throw up and had severe self image and self esteem issues. Who would often go without food for a while and when I did it it wasn’t much) that there was nothing medically wrong with me and I quote him when he said “you need to put down the hamburgers and pick up a salad”. In the future I discover that I DID have medical reasons for this. It was completely unprofessional and unethical to say to anyone, let alone a child with mental illness. Another time a older woman doctor everything-but cursed me out. Telling me I was “going to die” and that “this was my fault” and other things I’ve blocked out. After this appointment I cried and my mother was VERY VERY close to going back inside to talk to her about how unprofessional and rude she was being. She was one of the worst doctors I’ve seen and she was not just rude for a doctor but for a person in general. The ONLY doctor I have liked is Herzog. She has offended me slightly at times but is still my favorite that I’ve seen anywhere. If you must go here, don’t go to anyone else but her.

I have went to this clinic since I was 5 years old because I have juvenile diabetes, one day I go up there to make an appointment and they say I'm not allowed to make one anymore that the doctor said my case was to hard for them to handle. I ask can I see another doctor and they said nono real explanation or help. so I am left with no medicine refills without warning. I could actually die from this! I was hospitalized later that week bc my blood sugar got out of control due to this clinic uncaring nature. I would avoid this clinic they don't care about you! It's all about the money. I talked to other patients they did this to and it was because they had medicaid also. I heard the staff talking about how Medicaid pays the lowest so a lot of the doctors were deciding not to work with patients covered by that insurance.

My first visit to this practice was 7/7/17 and I was blown away with how accommodating and sweet everyone was. I called the same day and told the receptionist I needed an appointment as soon as possible. The lady got my number and called me back with an appointment time about two hours later. I saw Dr. Munn who was very diligent, caring, and informative. He was extremely attentive to myself and my three year old who wanted to be anywhere but inside the doctors office. Lee Ann was also exceptional. She fitted me for a knee brace and made sure I knew how to use it and that it was comfortable. Jenny spent the time calling around to find a place that could schedule a MRI asap. She called me with my options and pricing information. Overall I left smiling, satisfied, and well taken care of. I cannot say thank you enough to Dr. Munn, Lee Ann, and Jenny.

The people in the lab were very nice and helpful! I didn't have to wait at all either.

The doctors are great. I like the fact that they have everything in one building you can get your x-rays immediately without waiting.

This place is probably the worst. I waited more than 2 hours to be seen and aside of that the receptionist are very rude I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

The docs are great. However the parking situation is horrendous. The spots are so small and then the majority of the patient population is geriatric and have trouble parking. At any time, you can find no less than 5 parking spots taken by patients who can't park in the lines and end up double parking. The easiest thing is parking behind the building on Spring street. The parking lot is always full and the directional arrows are difficult to see and you get vehicles going the wrong way. Please redo the parking lot!!!!

Also, the wifi while yay you have it, is so slow that it negates having it.

Very disappointed with the care we received.
We saw Dr. Gun on Saturday morning on 06/11/16
Dr. Gun is the medical director for this facility and has over 29 years experience in pediatrics.
My daughter was brought in by myself and my husband due to a ground level fall the night before. She was unable to bear weight on either leg and while there were no external indications as to her injuries, we were confident she was in pain as she would not bear weight on either leg. Our daughter is not yet 2 years old so verbally she was not able to assist during her exam.
We spent a total of 3.5 hours in the clinic office, only 3-5 minutes of that time was with the physician in the room. This is fairly common place unfortunately, the reason I mention this is relevant because Dr. Gun was not able to determine which leg was injured. He guessed the right and ordered an X-ray for it. My husband told the Dr. that he thought it was the other leg, her Left leg that was hurting her. The Dr. responded in comment that, 'it was too difficult to tell' and to 'follow up in a couple of days if it was still bothering her' He did not further examine either leg and he did not order an xray of her left leg. She was sent home with a broken leg. Per Dr. Gun's recommendations our daughter was not seen again by a Dr. until Wednesday morning at which time she had an xray done of the left leg and was immediately put in a full leg cast. Our grievance was predominantly with the fact that the Pediatric MD did not think it relevant to xray both legs to verify when he considered it, 'difficult to tell' which leg was injured. While this is not a case of malpractice perhaps, it is very careless and uncaring, especially considering that my husband questioned him about it being her left leg that was bothering her and he discounted that and sent her home to limp on a broken leg. Following up with the Orthopedic Dr. who cared for my daughter following this visit, he said, and I quote, "In the eight years that I have been in this area of practice, never have I seen a child who was able to stand or walk on a sever spiral fracture of this nature. It is extremely painful." from Saturday morning until Wednesday afternoon my 23mo old suffered needlessly, if only the Dr. we initially brought her to for care would have spent another minute or two and further examined her other leg and xrayed them both.
Very unhappy with this experience and as this was the medical director we saw, I do not recommend this practice to anyone.
