I had a great experience at Hamilton Mill Eye care. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Bhaka was easy to talk to and very thorough in his exam and explanations. I will be using this facility for all my eye care needs. The selection of glasses was great and prices reasonable. Highly recommend!

I have been there twice with great results. I even went back after almost a year and they adjusted my glasses. Doctor and selection was good. Accepted VSP, and let me make 2 payments on my glasses.

My lenses were damaged, when I received my glasses. I was told they would reorder the lenses and put a rush on them. It took one week to get the damaged lenses, so I assumed the wait would be shorter the second time around. NOT, it's actually longer. I have called two days straight and no one will return my call. I ordered a backup pair from China and got them in 4 days. I only paid $20 versus the $300 Hamilton Mill Eyecare charged me. Hamilton Mill just lost a customer over poor service.

My family and I have been going to Hamilton Mill Eye Care for a few years now and I have been extremely impressed every time. Dr. B takes his time to see us so that we never feel rushed out like some of the other places I have been to. The office staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone in search of a good eye doctor who actually cares about his patients!

check in process was fine. the first lady I met was not friendly, and had no clue what I had to explain to her 5 times about an old contact prescription. I explained it once to the optometrist and she got it. the Opt. was knowledgeable and friendly. overall impression, there are better places to go for sure. They take my insurance.
