We are new owners and paid for the yearly contract for two visits per year. Today the technician came out and showed us the inside of the heating element and how it eventually rusts out. Our heat pump is only 12 years old but I guess they don't last as long as furnaces in Minnesota so we need to think about replacing it in the near future. Lots of our neighbors have already had to replace their units.
The tech Mr. Rios was very polite and gave our unit a thorough look over inside the house and outside as well. He tested the pressure and thought it would make it through until the check up in spring time. He felt the freon may be a little low and that showed up on the home inspection. He also changed the filter and gave us advice on choosing a thermostat.
This whole outfit seemed very professional and our neighbors use them as well. Happy customer.response / report this review -

Their dispatch is really polite and follows through with everything they say. Even called me about 5 times because I had my phone on silent to be sure they got their technician out here on appointment day.
The service techs are always professional and thorough. Always put on shoe protectors to keep from tracking up the house which I really appreciate. Explain everything and answer even stupid questions.

This really is a top-notch company. Guys came to the house to replace one of our air conditioning units They were clean, professional, courteous and just so pleasant to be around. All I can say is you won't be disappointed with this company. And on a lighter note, getting their thank you cookies in the mail was such a fun surprise!!! A+ from beginning to end.

Service tech, Gerardo Rivas, showed up on time as normal. Polite and courteous at all times while here. Very knowledgeable about the equipment. Went above and beyond what her had to do for a normal service call. Thanks!

Jose did a fast and efficient job handling the replacement of one of my air conditioning systems. Moreover, he took the time to explain some of the technical aspects of the heating and cooling equipment. His very friendly demeanor and sense of humor help Jose provide great customer service. I would highly recommend him and Stuart Pro Air Services to any of my neighbors.

Mario did an excellent job in repairing the drain line so our AC can operate properly. He also was very polite and informative of what he was going to check and do. His service and attitude was excellent.
Also, Milona from the Front Office Dispatch is always very courteous and helpful. She made sure we had a Tech come the same day to service our unit.

I am very pleased with the services provided! The customer service representative was very polite and efficient, she scheduled someone to come out to look at our broken AC unit for the very next day. Our technician Gerardo was wonderful! He was very professional, knowledgeable and fast! He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the necessary part with him, replaced it on the spot. And he honored the 5-year part warranty! Great services and reasonably priced! Thank you!

We have used Stuart Pro Air for many years, they serviced our old system and when it was time to replace it, they installed the new one. We also have their maintenance program. This company is the best! From their customer service staff to their service/repair staff, everyone that we have met and talked to have been nothing but exceptionally professional, friendly, knowledgable and just a pleasure to work with. I have referred them to my friends and they have also been very pleased with Stuart Pro Air's service. Best company in the area!

Stuart Pro Air is the best! From the sales (Robert Westmorland) to the installation crews, everything is first class. The sales team was very professional in both the presentation of their product to their pricing. The installation crew was both knowledgeable and informative. After installation you would never have known that they had been there. Wonderful service and followup after install. Would strongly recommend!

Jose Rodriguez and his team arrived to my home on May 10, 2017 at 9:45am. They were very professional and did an outstanding job installing two HVAC units at my home. They were very neat and cleaned up. They explained the systems to me in detail; which I appreciated. I would definitely employ the services of Mr.. Rodriguez again.
