Overall enjoyed the hot tub, service is horrible. Walls are thin, housekeeping never bothered to come back and clean room even when specifically told by the front desk manage that they would. Then was told it was my fault that I was in the room when they came by, even after I specifically asked that they come back in 20 minutes and was told they would by management. Not impressed, there are better motels in Jackson.

Update:
Was able to talk to the hotel manager after having to call corporate management to get my phone calls returned. In a nutshell it was summed up to lack of training. I was told sorry that the housekeeper walked in on my wife changing and that they would have meetings to address the situation and it was unfortunate that the room didn't get cleaned after we had called. Unfortunately the manager doesn't understand that his customers would not have stayed at such a hotel had they known their wife was going to be violated. Please spend your money elsewhere both Snow King and the Lexington are excellent hotels with well trained staff and a management that actually cares about their customers that are spending their hard earned money at the establishment.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. The room had a nice Western look to it. The kitchen was right out of the late seventies early eighties including the appliances. The refrigerator buzzed all night. There was no ice available that we could find. The coffee pot in the lobby was empty. We paid a very very high price despite the sign at the front of the hotel saying a different price a lower one. The exterior of the Hotel did not have a Western Lodge look at all. You had to go outside to get to your room. There is nothing Lodge like about this place except the bedspread and a couple pieces of furniture. we had hoped at this price we were going to get a feel for Jackson Hole ,Wyoming. We are pretty sure that did not happen. Additionally, several tabletops were very dusty.

Suite was great, pool and spa were wonderful in the snow. Exterior of hotel was run down but the interior accommodations were fine (although decorations were somewhat dated)

Great rooms, polite and skilled housekeeping. We stayed for four nights and on the last night had an issue at midnight. Security helped us out quickly and they discounted us appropriately for the issue. Very well handled.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, well maintained, spacious. Suite was magnificent. If I ever return to Jackson Hole I will stay here. Great location. Easy to park and to exit

Quaint little hotel room with a good amount of space and a nice little porch with a view of the valley. Water pressure is good and so far nothing has broke while we are using it. The washer and dryer are in one of the two bathrooms and a bit small, and the fans aren't as strong as I'd like. Also the shared pool is closed right now and the hot tub area is dirty so we had to skim the area ourselves. The only other thing is that the advertised pictures look nothing like what we got, either that or we were looking at a different place with the same name. Either way it is a nice hotel that's right near a lot of attractions and not far from the town center.

Excellent Staff ! Very accommodating when we miss placed are vehicle keys. Upgraded are room for one more night to help the situation. Nice rooms, comfy beds. Fire and hot tub relaxing.

I liked this place. We stayed in a two bed family sweet RM(528). The bathroom wall paper was hidious and the water temp didn't get any warmer than just warm. The room was large and nice. The lodge was within walking distance from Jackson square. I had waited in the lobby room and noticed they served organic coffee and organic tea. There was a table in the lobby as well, but it turns out it was a chest. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the chest to find lots of board games.

Booked JHL through airbnb. Great place. Perfect location. Wifi and laundry in room and hot tub was great. I will just book directly next time I visit. Not sure which way would have better price if book through airbnb or the lodge

We stayed at the Jackson Hole Lodge 8-30-16 to 9-1-06 and it was a great stay! Valerie at the desk was so personable, pleasant, and always with a big smile. The room was spacious with a refrigerator and coffee maker. It was the perfect location to all the major sites, restaurants, and convenience stores.

We stayed one night in the two bedroom condo with my family of 6 plus my parents. Room was very spacious and big enough for all 8 of us. We were disappointed to learn at check in that the pool was closed due to a maintenance issue. My kids were really looking forward to it. After asking the staff member at check out if a partial discount was available due to the pool being closed during our stay, he asked the manager that was there. She laughed at me and had no sympathy whatsoever or understanding, telling me that "stuff breaks" and she had no control over when it would be fixed. Needless to say, a discount was not given and I paid the full price. Because of this experience, I will seriously consider other lodging options upon a future stay in Jackson.

Great lodge on the edge of town. Parking was easy, and you can access your specific building without walking through the lobby every time. The room was clean & functional, but definitely dated - the appliances are likely 1970s or 1980s vintage. The living area of our two-bedroom suite was small. One downside - the pool area borders the parking area - less than ideal. Coffee and bathrooms in the lobby, and friendly staff.
