Good views from the patio is why I come here a lot for lunch! Food is good and wait staff are usually kind and helpful. The hot cocoa is a MUST during winter. It is an *experience*. Attaching a few photos from my lunches!!
Nice place but not as nice as most four seasons. Hotel has been recently remodeled and looks great; however, bathrooms missed the update. The only addition is a mismatched white vanity in a brown tile bathroom. The cleanliness of our room did not meet our expectations when we arrived but was promptly resolved. We enjoyed the restaurant and hot chocolate is a must try.
Stopped in for a drink while at a conference and service was ok. I would expect for a high end place this would have had better service but it was awful. The bourbon selection is fantastic though, while some are on the pricier side for what they are, the selection was fantastic. The cocktails are also amazing and you can’t beat the view.
My husband and I traveled to Vail for the first time in mid-September with our six month old baby girl. This was our first major trip with her, so we wanted to stay at a nice hotel that is family friendly. We had high expectations, but we were totally blown away. The hotel itself is beautiful, immaculate, and tranquil. Upon arrival, our room was equipped with a crib as requested, a diaper genie to dispose of diapers, and a baby blanket our for bed. We called concierge and requested dish soap for bottle cleaning, and baby soap/shampoo, which they graciously brought up. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, and we enjoyed the fire with the backdrop of the aspen trees. The Remedy bar, the pool, and other amenities were also incredible. What a treat. Thank you to the concierge for being so kind and accommodating. We will be back!
Luxurious hotel with outstanding service. True feel of Colorado & the west. The grounds and pool are beautiful, with all expected amenities. In house restaurant Flame was also outstanding for dinner. We had views of wooded courtyard and ski slopes. The elevation here is much higher than Denver but a little less than Breckenridge. Turn down service is nice. Our room has a fireplace but we were unable to get a room with a balcony (they were fully booked).
Very bad experience trying to book rooms. I was given three different reasons I could not get adjoining rooms that I requested. I called The Sebastian across the street. Completely different attitude and very helpful. Booked a two bedroom executive suite for the same price as a one room executive suite at Four Seasons.
The Four Seasons never disappoints. Restaurants are great, atmosphere was cozy. As we were heading to the spa for our couples massage, they were setting up a brunch which looked amazing. You will ALWAYS enjoy your stay at the Four Seasons.
We didn't stay here, but I did get some spa services. My wife got the body quench which she said was incredible. I got a straight razor shave & a brow wax. The shave was OK, I have had better. All of the staff from the doormen to the bartender were super friendly, helpful and attentive to your needs.
I don't usually post reviews, but my experience at the Four Seasons in Vail stood out far beyond any other 5 star hotel I have stayed in the world. The level of service, care, and attention to detail far surpassed what could even be expected at a Four Seasons. This is in large part due to the General Manager, Raphael Pazzini.
The next-level service extends far beyond the comforts of the spa, and the perks of the door-to-door ski concierge. Every interaction was handled with notable grace and the upper most client care.
If you are looking for a stand out experience, look no further when comparing Vail's top-rated hotels. Mr Pazzini's management style an desire to go above and beyond is rare, and deserves stand out recognition. We are beyond grateful for our stay and the experience we had here.
It is our 3rd trip to the Four Seasons in Vail, but definitely not the last.
Amazing hotel, great service, fantastic food. Clean and modern, big new TVs, huge bathrooms and closets, fireplaces in the room. Excellent gym and outdoor pool with 2 hot tubs. Perfect location.
We also had our wedding here and Rebecca was a pleasure to work with, a true professional and really did an awesome job on everything. Our guests all told us it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to and had a great time.
Beautiful rooms with fireplaces and private balconies. Small details made the difference, like towel heaters and twice a day room service. Two restaurants in the hotel with unique menus and excellent service.
The Vail Four Seasons is an extraordinary resort. We checked in with Byron Diamond at the front desk and he immediately made us feel like family. After checking us in we were escorted by Byron to our room and he showed us around and made sure that room was perfect. The rooms are immaculately clean and very spacious. All the rooms have fireplaces which makes this resort very cozy. We had a dog with us and they brought us a dog bed, treats, dog bowls, waste bags and purified water. The beds in the room are so comfortable that it is like sleeping on a cloud. Matthew Vega was the manager at the car valet and he so helpful. We didn't want to leave our bags at the front desk since we had an obnoxious dog bed and didn't want it in anyones way and the staff volunteered to load everything into our car for us while we went to the farmers market. The service at the Four Seasons is always top notch but Matt and Byron take it to the next level. We will definitely be coming back every year!
We are staying in a residence, and there are pleasant surprises nightly. The beds are fantastic. The 25 yard pool is a little salty but great for swimming laps and for kids to swim in alike. The spa had been a fantastic experience. I'm definitely come back.
One of the best. We were there on conference and the staff was waiting our every need. Rooms were top of the line. Have a glass of wine on the shade of the mountains.
There is a reason people stay at Four Seasons. The service and the facilities are above and beyond everyone else. This was no exception. The rooms are large and comfortable. Everyone that works there treat you like they have known you for a lifetime. I will stay here anytime I am in Vail.
Amazing property! Warm service, comfortable room, and great summer getaway. They went out of their way to make my husband's birthday special. Pool was wonderful and not crowded, with personal service. Highly recommend!
Had breakfast at Flame. The omelettes were delicious and had a lot of ingredients to make it more worth the price. Great service, great food, nice atmosphere.
