I went to Mr. Neier for a consult only . For a nominal fee I received the attention as if I had retained his services. He was professional, courteous, attentive and extremely knowledgeable . He went above and beyond in answering my many questions in over a two week period before my case was dismissed. He responded in a timely manner after hours and on the weekends. I would highly recommend him for any legal needs. If you are looking for a lawyer who genuinely cares about you and what you are going through THIS is your guy! 5 stars!

Bryce Neier is an amazing Attorney! He may well be a little bit more expensive than some, but you get what you pay for!!! I can drive a car fast but I’m no Mario Andretti!!! Hire an expert my grandfather always told me. I think he is absolutely one of the most informed, educated and compassionate family attorneys in Fayetteville. His performance on my case inside and out of the courtroom was exceptional. He was always available for me by phone or email and his responses were always prompt. I found him to be genuine and straight-forward. His staff was and continues to be helpful and extremely courteous and always make me feel comfortable. I feel his performance was absolutely always in my best interest. I have personally referred Mr. Neier to several friends/family and will continue to do so when needed. My experience with attorney Neier and his firm was nothing short of excellent beginning to end and I give him 5 stars!!!

Attorney Bryce Neier is an intelligent and compassionate family attorney whose performance inside and out of the courtroom is exemplary. He is and has always been available to his clients on the phone/email and responds to all inquiries promptly. Above all he is an outstanding human being who genuinely cares for his clients. His staff is always eager to help and very courteous. It amazes me that when a former client feels he has been wronged in the courtroom and usually due to circumstances out of the control of an Attorney, their first response is to blame and curse the good name of someone not at fault. I have known Bryce, his staff and family for a several years now and I can tell ALL without fear that he truly does “shoot straight” when talking to his clients and always, and I mean always gives his absolute best at all times for his clients. I have personally referred several friends and business associates to Bryce without regret, and have never ever had anyone report a bad experience quite the opposite in fact. The Neier Law Firm offers excellent service from start to finish and I absolutely give Five Stars to Attorney Neier.

In response to the post by Tremayne Robbins , my response is as follows. The trial that was conducted was a post separation support and interim equitable distribution hearing, also know as temporary spousal support. Mr Robbin's income did in fact far surpass his wife's income. Mr Robbins is sorely mistaken that I was not prepared. In fact, our firm works pretty much seven days a week, and I start work at 1am. The amount of time to prepare for any trial involves quit a bit of time. and he received very detailed and personalized service. The way he feels emotionally about his wife and case is completely different than the way I need to look at it legally as a licensed attorney with over 24 years trial experience. His wife's attorney asked some financial questions, to which of course, as a trial attorney I would be required to inquire of my client. What Mr Robbins fails to state is that he withheld detailed and relevant financial information. The fact of the matter was that his spouse was asking for a considerable amount of more money and we were successful in preventing that. What Mr Robbins also fails to say is that he had already been paying his spouse the exact same amount of money which in turn created her financial dependency. I regret Mr Robbins feels the way he does, but the statements posted in his review clearly show a level of immaturity that I am surprised to see in a senior non-commissioned officer of the U.S. Army. If Mr Robbins would like to discuss this further he is welcome to contact me directly, as he has always been able to do.
