I called Lane & Lane because I needed help in getting my ex-husband's consent to adoption and custody questions. I had a phone conference with Mrs. Lane to discuss custody questions and when I called she explained that she didn't have very much time to answer my questions even though I had an appointment. When I asked a few, she rudely told me that she will not answer them until I pay $300 for a conference. The thing is, she wouldn't even answer my questions to tell me whether or not I needed a lawyer! After politely asking my questions she said, "Now, I'm going to have to be rude and end this conversation." On their website it says FREE NC CASE EVALUATION. Ha, yeah Not so much. Would not recommend Mrs. Lane for any kind of services.

Meliesa Lane and her staff are caring, highly proficient and professional. She is very personable and always conducts business in an ethical manner. I appreciate everything that she does and has done for both me and my son. Lane and Lane is by far the best legal representation that I have ever retained.

The Law office of Lane and Lane has been very instrumental in taking care of my legal needs. The staff is very professional and attentive. Mrs. Meleisa Lane has gone far and beyond my expectations, she is always efficient, curteous, and punctual! This has been money well spent, I will definitely refer her to anyone who needs legal assistance.

Worst law firm I have ever delt with. If you hire Meleisa Lane, she is the worst lawyer EVER, I am very disastsfied with their service, and when things don't go her way she turn everything around and lies about everything you had ever told her. BAD SERVICE,,, PLEASE don't waist your money on this firm.
