At first had an issue with a return it ended up working out however the staff treated me like I was a yuppy mom pissed off about my return. Really short with me when I asked questions unrelated to my return. It seemed they didn't want to be bothered by me. Shopper beware.

Lots of upscale "stuff" for your baby. I like that they set up various areas how you might see in an actual home. For what it is, compared to the competition, the prices are reasonable, but in general some baby items are just ridiculously priced (for example, $190 for a removable wall map decal).

I love how they set up the shop and made it as inviting as possible. The prices are from low to high depending on what you are looking for.

Yes, it can feel a bit precious and over-priced. But if you want to find the special item for a child that you can't find anywhere else, this is a pretty good place to start. The parking here is usually decent, even though it's located by Crate and Barrel. And the last time we were here, the service was pretty friendly and helpful. So if you don't mind the prices, there are things here you won't find anywhere else!

Helpful staff, lots for the kids to do as you shop. Their policy is that if anything is out of the box, it's fair game to play with. Fun place to take the kids even if you're just browsing.
