Bought a pair of boots at a crazy busy time with a long line. Quick scanners offered to ring us up at jewelry, scanners didn’t work so ( Antonio) took us right to a register. Got home and only had the left boot. Called the store, they looked around (Maria) called back and we picked up another right boot the next day (she offered to mail it). Everyone remained pleasant and did what they said they were going to do. What great customer service!!

Wheelchair accessible entrance with automatic doors. But once inside the aisles are very narrow and cramped. Wheelchair not easy to navigate. The bathroom does not have an automatic door and is always dirty. The staff however is generally pleasant.

Like this store particularly for their big shoes department and sales. Lines at check out can get long.

The store is big and has s lot of selection. Many people were walking out with shoes, so perhaps they are well priced. Overall, the store is nice and being in a downtown setting needs to be big. Just Nordstrom rack in general, the prices don't fell like that much of a bargain.
Nice store if you like their selection.

This is one of my favorite places to shop for clothes. It's like a TJMaxx but with higher end, name brand products. I only shop in the men's section but it is usually very organized and easy to browse. They have a good variety of clothes from athletic wear to suits. They also have a nice variety of men's shoes. Prices aren't quite as good as TJMaxx but still way cheaper than regular department stores.

Honestly, aside from the marginal selection of B list shoe designers, they don't have much going for them.

I was trying to check out at the register line and saw that there were three cashiers standing a couple registers down. I walked up to them, and the lady closest to me looked at me, then continues talking to her friends for another 20 seconds or so until I asked if she was working? Maybe she was on break something? Nope, she rudely retorted, "well duh" and rolled her eyes on me before grabbing my purchase and lazily ringing it up.

She then continued to talk to her friends and ignore me. I got my receipt and said goodbye without her even acknowledging me. Pretty bad experience overall, but it seemed like a couple of the employees thought the same way she did and that I was interrupting their conversation.

Recommendation, just go to express or vans or wherever you actually want to go, they probably don't have what you want and will make you wish you had never come.

Nothing to dislike about this location. Good selection of purses, wallets, lingerie, & huge clearance & shoe section. Lines are always fewer than 4 people long & staff is nice. The store is SO much neater than typical TJXX/Marshall's.
