I was at the Best Buy, next to the mall. This BB is better than Okemos because of the helpful people. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The store was well stocked and clean. Skip Okemos and go west.

Stores too expensive. In 2017 I have been there only once & that was only to return a phone someone lost; gave it to the company that was providing service for the phone. I went straight to the phone store, & left straight out there after.

Nice people running it. Very clean machines, offers price per pound to do your laundry for you, cheaper then most laundromats. Large unisex restroom, seating available. Has books and such to entertain little ones

Growing up i spent a lot of time at this mall. Over the past 10 years it has really lost its edge. All of my favorite stores have left and the food court seems to be shrinking by the day. It's a shame because the mall is actually quite beautiful, but unfortunately remains only a shell of it's former self.

This mall has come along ways in the last ten years. Used to be gangs and not great stores. But now it's excellent. Good stores, safe atmosphere. I'm very impressed how they have changed it around!

I feel like we're losing this place. It used to be so vibrant! It was filled with stores, and it was an outing when we went. I was there with my son last Saturday and it was deadthe entrance we went in near Younker in back was filthy with some guy smoking a cigarette (creepy/stinky), not many people, we weren't able to find what we were looking for and what happened to Macy's?? Boo!

This rating is for the eyebrow threading salon in this mall. These two ladies do amazing work! I recommend going to Mary! She was very careful before threading and created an arch 1 line at a time. She is also patient and allows you to keep the mirror in hand incase you want to make any adjustments.

This mall is surviving well, which puts them ahead of some others I've seen and know of, but not thriving. Pros: Barnes & Noble, cineplex, some good bar & restaurants. Cons: recently lost a Macy's anchor and that side of the mall has a fair amount of empty space. Some of the filled spaces are lounges or placeholder small-child arcades, rather than proper stores. Beats empty, but not a good long-run sign.

It's a great Mall. So many things to do besides shopping and there are staff in certain stores that will remember you by name. They have so many ways to help a handicapped person it's great.

I still remember a decade ago when the mall had stores with visiting. Now, I go to see what isn't there instead of what is. The cinema and restaurants are nice touches, but the mall needs to try to bring back some stores worth shopping at. I think it can be okay for entertainment, by the "shopping" part will likely continue to die.

Average mall. I like the kids games and piano throughout the store. More unique, nicer stores would make it better.

Fed up with the new policy I was shopping, minding my own business, not loitering, not causing any disruption, as always. I used to love Friday nights at the mall But now I can't Me and my friends spent a LOT of money at the mall, and we were only halfway through. We weren't done shopping, and we were escorted out and had to wait in the cold for a half an hour I'm 15 not 8 I already have to deal with escorts at school This messed up my spring break I don't understand WHY I'm not allowed to help keep them in business

The restaurants are spread out a bit. The good restaurants are not in the food court, although the Chinese place is decent. They do a decent job hiding most of the closed stores so it doesn't look as sad, still, you can't really expect a vibrant mall in this location. Could use a mini-golf place, or an updated arcade or something to do besides just shop and watch a movie.
