Visited Macy's today solely to make a purchase at Sunglass Hut. No one was at the counter and a Macy's associate suggested I just wait for the Sunglass Hut associate to return. I waited over 40 minutes and no one ever showed up!

I'm really disappointed in this place. I grew up around here and they have always been a great place to buy sunglasses. Whenever I had an issue they used to attempt to look at them or at least care about them. So, when I came back to visit my family for the holidays and my sunglasses started having an issue I brought them here. First the lady couldn't even tell the brand of sunglasses and then when I told her my issue she totally brushed me off. I was fine with the fact that she couldn't repair them and probably would have brought a new pair if she hadn't acted like she was wasting her time working with me. The worst service I have ever had at a sunglass hut for sure. I think what upset me the most was even after all that was said and done I asked her to at least clean my glasses for me and she couldn't even do that right! I put them on after she handed them back and there was a huge fingerprint on the lens that wasn't there when I gave them to her. Completely waste of a store now. Definitely not worth my time or money.
